    Transit Chiron in Taurus

The world will see Transit Chiron in Taurus starting on June 19, 2026 (where it hasn’t been since April of 1984). Also interesting – Chiron was retrograde in Taurus at 3° when it was first discovered in 1977, so coming back to Taurus almost feels like a sort of “homecoming” for the asteroid/comet hybrid. What might this look like on a collective level, or even a personal one? Well….I have some ideas. But! If you need help figuring out what this might have in store for you, get a reading from me and we’ll talk about it.

First….some dates for Chiron in Taurus!
    Appetizer – June 19, 2026 through September 17, 2026
    Main Course – April 14, 2027 through July 19, 2033
    Desert – October 23, 2033 through May 5, 2034

**The analogies to food and a restaurant menu is no mistake due to Taurus’ affinity towards things like “food” and “nourishment.” We’ll get to that in a little bit.**
**Chiron will make its way back to 3° 8’ of Taurus (where it was when discovered) on June 9, 2027., October 7, 2027 (retrograde), and April 6, 2028.**

Chiron represents both pain and wounding, along with “healing.” Wherever Chiron falls in a chart can show how one might be wounded (by sign) and where this wounding might take place (by house). At the same time though, it can also show how and where healing and restoration can take place. Personally, I don’t think Chiron is something that can ever be fully healed (that’s far too unrealistic for my realistic Capricorn Moon ass hahaha). More likely (and what I’ve seen play out in countless people’s lives), it’s a place in the chart that is wounded, then “healed,” then wash and repeat. This doesn’t mean it’s futile to “heal” the wounding; every time you work towards healing the pain/wounding, you restore parts of yourself (and that’s never all for naught).
**For instance, Chiron falls in my natal 7th House in Gemini. Relationships of all varieties will ALWAYS (probably) be a source of wounding for me….even the most healing of relationships (or maybe that’s my own fucked up perception of such…per Gemini energy 🤣).

In transit, Chiron can show where (by house) and how (by sign) pain & wounding may take place for a period of time (and obviously any planets, etc. that transit Chiron makes an aspect with in a chart flesh the picture out further). This pain and wounding serve the purpose of showing us what may not be working so well for us to begin with, so that we can heal whatever it is.

When I think of Chiron in Taurus my mind goes to a few different things:
    -Surviving v. Thriving
    -Security v Insecurity (and Scarcity)
    -Comfort v Discomfort
-Good Treatment v Mistreatment of the Physical Body
-Wounding and Pain, along with healing, of values

Under the course of transit Chiron in Taurus, opportunities to see where we have been purely surviving seem that they could creep in. Taurus energy is THE survivalist, after all. However, while it is the survivalist, what it REALLY wants to do more than anything is to THRIVE (and when this energy thrives, it really shines). How do these opportunities come about? Probably in ways that shake personal foundations, making you realize that what you thought was secure and stable really was not, along with showing you where you were merely surviving. Is this wounding and/or painful? Absolutely could be. Should you find yourself in a situation (or situations) like this under this transit, focus your attention on THRIVING regarding what comes next.
**Transit Chiron is Taurus is also coming on the heels of Uranus’ exit from Taurus and into Gemini. Uranus in Taurus shook up foundations for everyone, everywhere. Taurus strives for comfort and Uranus is like “fuck that shit.” It could be that Chiron’s time in Taurus is going to show us (on a collective and individual level) where we are just surviving from the fallout of Chiron in Taurus, while also showing us what we can do to heal what remains.

Taurus energy deals with nourishment and food (along with agriculture). As I’m writing this (in June 2026 a few weeks before Chiron enters Taurus), we are seeing food insecurity rise. Food prices have gone up a whole fuck-ton since the covid era and it’s getting more difficult for people to feed themselves and their families. Not only that, though – we’re seeing issues with the production of some foods and in other cases the writing is on the wall for these issues to come about (looking at you, screwworm, which could really fuck with the cattle industry and other forms of livestock). There does seem to be more of a push towards people growing and producing their own food in the past few years (hello Pluto in Aquarius!), and I think under transit Chiron in Taurus we will see an increase in such (either out of “want” or “need”).
–The food thing also makes me really curious with the increase in people taking GLP-1’s (no judgment from me – people need to do what makes them happy and feel good). But! These drugs restrict appetite (and temper other things that have become “habit”)….and IF there were to be major issues with food production, these types of medications could be useful under such conditions.
–Another thing to add on to the discussion of GLP-1’s and Chiron in Taurus themes: We are starting to see the body positivity movement step to the side just a lil’ with “skinny” coming back with a vengeance. Now, I’m ALWAYS for people doing what they want to do with their bodies and for people to have their bodies whatever shape and size they want them to be (whatever that might be). Since Taurus energy DOES have an affinity for the physical body, valuing and nourishing the body (regardless of size and shape) seems like the most healing way to go with this transit…whatever this looks like personally. Not being comfortable in our physical bodies, seeing ways that we’ve wounded them, and/or seeing what we need to do to heal them ALL seem possible with transit Chiron in Taurus.

The history slut in me has to bring up the fact that the last two times Chiron was in Taurus there was A LOT of financial and resource-based insecurity:
*From 1926 through 1934 (rough dates) the world saw the Stock Market crash in 1929 and the Great Depression ravaged the United States (and a lot of the world).
*From 1976 through 1984 (rough dates) we saw the oil crisis in 1979 which caused different recessions across the world.

Does this mean that we’re heading into another depression or recession? Maybe, if history echoes itself (and it so often DOES echo itself). Rather than predicting such (because I’m not looking to attract all that our way), I might encourage people to have their resources as right and tight as possible, and in a way that keeps their ass as covered on the backend. For some people, just the act of making sure their ass is covered on the backend is a healing experience (especially if the person happens to be the sort who wouldn’t normally function this way). This brings me to idea of Taurus’ affinity for “needful things” and the issue of “needs” v. “wants.” Could we see some major disruptions with things that are needed by people? It’s always possible, though this is a more extreme version of this transit (still needs to be mentioned, though). More likely, just general wounding and healing that involves the realization of what is a “need” v. what is actually a “want.” I put it that way because we can characterize things that are “wants” as “needs” …even if they aren’t truly “needs.”

While there are 3 earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn), Taurus energy has always felt very “Mother Earth” like to me. Thinking along those lines, and then tying in Chiron’s propensity towards wounding/pain AND healing, this does make me wonder about the state of the physical Earth under this transit. Not only in terms of things like natural hazards & disasters, but also things dealing with the “wounding” of earth’s natural resources (or the wounding that these natural resources cause). How can we heal this (or find healing through this)? Trying to be as kind to the Earth as possible seems like a good way to go (we all hurt the Earth in different ways so I’m not pointing fingers lol), but trying to be kind where you can be. There is also the idea of healing through the Earth (“grounding” exercises, taking a walk in nature to heal parts of yourself, etc.). Looking into healing the varied parts of yourself that have been wounded over the years by way of the natural world just feels “right” under this transit (alongside other healing modalities – no one take this as medical advice 🤣).

The last one, painful/wounded values and healing of those values, I’m still fleshing out (so much so that I didn’t mention it very much/for very long in the YouTube video I did on this subject 😂). This could look like a realization of how values that you hold are actually wounding to you in some way. It could also look like healing through the formation of values that actually matter to you (and perhaps values that seem to honor and value the person you are as well). Make no mistake though, this one seems incredibly important and is probably one that will impact everyone in some form or fashion (collectively and individually). While it seems that it has the propensity to impact everyone, it will impact everyone in different ways (based on the aspects Chiron in Taurus makes to natal planets, the house that Chiron in Taurus is transiting, etc.).

  • North & South Nodes along the Taurus/Scorpio Axis

**In this post, we will take the House that the North Node falls in out of the equation and just focus on what it means to have your North Node in a specific sign (and what it means to have the South Node in the polarity sign). Usually with things having to do with the Nodal Axis (and growing into our North Node), a catalyst occurs in our lives that edges us out of the comfort of the South Node and into the uncharted territory of the North. This catalyst could be something major and life changing (such as a death, marriage, or divorce), or even something much more minor. Something will kind of shake us internally, saying “Wake up, fucker. You’re supposed to move beyond this,” whatever the “this” in the situation is. Once this waking up occurs, you will begin to move towards the North Node. Though, in all my years of study, this period of waking up usually doesn’t occur until the person’s first Saturn Return, or after it.**

North Node in Taurus/South Node in Scorpio: If you have the North Node in Taurus, your North Node mission in this life is all about security and stability in the physical world, to learn to take care of yourself for yourself, to calm down/slow down and relax. In this lifetime, your soul wanted to evolve into something more earthy, grounded and stable in the physical reality. This is probably a far cry from your South Node in Scorpio, which indicates that you spent your previous lifetime (or maybe several lifetimes) in a state of change and in the intangible/spiritual world. There may have been a lot of upheaveal and chaos (which you may or may not have caused), issues with power (either misusing your own power or not standing up to other people’s when you should’ve), and possibly even some abuse (either with you as the giver or receiver). In this lifetime, your soul wanted to chill the fuck out; your soul is tired from all the chaos and drama that your past lives brought you, hence the North Node here in more relaxed, slow moving, and calm Taurus. There is also a real inner strength inside of you, for having lived through some pretty dark shit in your past lives you have the emotional wherewithal to handle just about anything this lifetime throws at you. The thing here is that when this lifetime throws something really awful your way, your knee-jerk reaction may be to react through the Scorpio South Node themes, feeding into the chaos which makes everything worse for you, as well as having an almost obsessive compulsive streak when going after the perpetrators of these curveballs. When life throws those really terrible curveballs your way take a deep breath, center yourself, and relax. Keep the stability that you have tried so hard to cultivate in this lifetime (whether you realize it or not). And through everything in this life, please don’t forget to enjoy yourself & take the time to smell the roses.

North Node in Scorpio/South Node in Taurus: This lifetime, Scorpio North Node person, is all about transcendence beyond the physical world and all the comforts that you naturally enjoy there. In this lifetime, your soul really wanted to get to the depths of it’s emotional core and to shake things up. In your past life (or past lifetimes) you probably focused heavily on obtaining these creature comforts that make you feel good and secure (whether that be money, a comfortable and beautiful home, nice possessions, etc). You also probably took things slowly, were self-made (in the sense that everything you obtained in the physical world was obtained for you, by you), probably didn’t let a whole lot ruffle your feathers (even if this was to your own detriment….maybe you should’ve let some things bother you sometimes), and all of these themes and energies are probably what you feel the most comfortable expressing in this lifetime. You are probably a naturally very self-sufficient and stable person in all ways, from knowing who you are to being able to handle things yourself without much help from others. The more rational side of yourself usually wins out to any real deep emotions that you may have from time to time. Don’t fight those emotions in this life, for they are part of what you are here to understand. You are supposed to understand and come to terms with those emotions that in previous lifetimes you probably dismissed in favor of calming down and keeping things on an even-keel. This lifetime should be all about moving into the spiritual and intangible world, moving away from the very fixed/rigid beliefs that you may have, and transcending to something greater than you can imagine. Once you learn to let go of things in the physical/tangible world (and it may not be just learning, but an actual catalyst that forces you to let go of things like possessions), you will be on the path to evolving into your North Node’s mission.

To flesh out the nodal axis story further (to get the whole picture), you will need to also consider where the planetary ruler of the North and South Nodes fall in the chart by sign, house, and aspects made. In the case of Taurus and Scorpio you would be looking at Venus and Mars & Pluto.

If you would like me to read your nodal axis for you, get a reading from me here 🙂 Also, if you are more of a watcher than a reader, head to my YouTube channel where I have a bunch of content on the subject of the nodes.
