  • Transit Saturn in Aries (2025-2028)

I don’t know about y’all, but I am SO GLAD that transit Saturn has moved out of Pisces, and now we have transit Saturn in Aries. It doesn’t even matter to me that Saturn is in fall in Aries – I’m just glad Saturn is out of Pisces…where it can jerk off (which is not how Saturn wants to function anyway). Even though Saturn is in fall in Aries, and it might take a little longer to get stuff done, it DOES eventually get the stuff it needs to get done, done.

**When looking at transit Saturn in Aries (or any astrological transit), it’s important to consider how they interact with your personal astrology chart….so you can see how these energies could unfold for you. **If you’re more of a watcher than a reader, here is a YouTube video that I did on the same subject**

Some dates, keywords, and other thangs for transit Saturn in Aries
-This will take place from May 24, 2025 through September 1, 2025 and again from February 13, 2026 through April 12, 2028
-Last time that Saturn transited Aries was from April 7, 1996 through June 9, 1998 and again from October 26, 1998 through March 1, 1999
-Saturn is “in fall” in Aries
-Saturn’s orbital period is roughly 29 years

Some themes that might come up under this transit

Delays in taking action/frustrated in taking action
-If you feel like there are things that you want to do, or things that you are trying to do, but you feel like you are being restricted from doing them…stop and ask yourself if these things that you want to do are actually things your ass needs to be doing in the first place. We tend to look at delays and Saturnian “challenges” as negative things, but as frustrating as they may be they aren’t always negative. Sometimes – and I really DO believe this – Saturn is causing “delays” or “restrictions” to keep you from doing something that may not behoove you or turn out well (or be in your best interest/highest good to do). What the individual (and the collective) needs to watch for is feeling restricted/frustrated from taking action for so long that one just starts popping off and doing whatever it can versus waiting to do what one (or the collective) actually wants to do.

            Mastery of the Self
(probably through the self being “tested”)
This is probably the very best way to utilize the energies involved with this transit, for Saturn is “mastery” (or “the master”) and Aries energy is self-focused. Taking the time that this transit is going on to master your sense of self seems like a productive way to work with the energy. For instance, if you find yourself embroiled in some kind of “test” (or what might feel like a test – Saturn loves to “test”), ask yourself what kind of self-mastery could/can be obtained through this test or this lesson. That doesn’t make the testing any easier (lol) but it might help make it more bearable. It’s also not bullshit – Saturn does test, but it also doesn’t do anything without a purpose of some kind (so it’s not just testing a person, or the collective, for funsies).
**Self-authority also falls under this umbrella.

                         Limited/Restricted Leadership
(also, perhaps, the “fall” of governmental leadership)
During this period, transit Saturn might directly impact those in government (Saturn can express “authority” and government can absolutely fall under the concept of “authority”). This isn’t limited to the US, either (I only make that comment because I am in the US and some of my posts where government is concerned are more US-centric). Depending on where you fall politically, this could be viewed as a really good thing or a really bad thing (or you could be like me and feel like the notion of “political parties” are all bullshit and theater). I could see there being delays and restrictions with leadership in different places.

               Testing of Freedom/Independence/Patience
(and even testing how fearless or fearful we are)

Under transit Saturn in Aries we might find that our freedom, independence, and or impatience (or patience) is tested by different people, places, things, and situations that come into our orbit (individually and/or collectively). There is definitely enough going on in the world right now (and even before transit Saturn moved into Aries) to test people on an individual and collective level. This transit could push a person/people to decide where the boundaries are with what will and will not be tolerated. There might be times that it doesn’t feel like boundaries can be enforced at all (or like it’s not even worth it to try and enforce them). Don’t take this route – it’s always worth it to lay down boundaries, especially if the boundaries that need to be laid down would help you (or the collective) to feel more free and independent.

    Delayed Anger
There is also the idea of delayed anger with transit Saturn in Aries. How can this manifest? It could be that something that happened years ago that should have made you/the collective angry (or DID make you/the collective angry) comes popping up to say “HELLO!” needing to be dealt with under this transit. It could also mean that things which happen under this current transit Saturn in Aries period that should make you/the collective angry (or that DO make you/the collective angry) may not be “dealt” with for years down the line.

Because I’m a history-slut, lololol, we’ve gotta look at the history just a little bit.

First and foremost, think back to the last time that transit Saturn was in Aries. Some of you all reading this post may not have been alive yet (or might be too young to remember what was going on for you), but for those of you that are old enough to remember, think back to what was going on for you personally from April 1996 through June 1998 and again from October 1998 through March 1999. Obviously, things were different almost 30 years ago (planets transiting different signs, etc.), but whatever Saturn in Aries themes were coming up for you back then might come up for you again in the present-era Saturn in Aries transit. For instance, during this period I was starting my first “business” of buying and selling Beanie Babies đŸ¤Ł. This sounds goofy, lol, but at 9 years old I was finding retired & hard to find Beanies Babies and re-selling them for a (small) profit. It was also during this period that I became treasurer of the student council in elementary school. It was really cool; I got to be a part of an all-girl group of student council leadership.

On a collective level, there was plenty that was going on in the world at the time. Here are some of the “highlights”:
-Clinton-Lewinsky Scandal (and his impeachment trial)
-Hong Kong given back to China
    -Hebron Protocol
-Increase in home-computer ownership (big jump from 1990 to 1996/1997)
**this last one is particularly interesting to me because it took place when Saturn had moved into Aries AND Uranus had just moved into Aquarius. Now, in the present day, we’re seeing Saturn move into Aries again, and this time Uranus will have just moved into Gemini.

I will definitely go more into the above in a post that I’m currently writing with the working title “the summer of shit” đŸ¤Ł. But! For now, let’s just say we can see the themes that came up almost 30 years ago MIGHT VERY WELL come around again in the present day (in a different yet “echo-ish” way) …and Saturn has just started his time in Aries.

  • Transit Neptune in Aries from March 2025 through March 2039

This year, in 2025, the world will see three planets (Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune) take up residence in new signs (I have gone into Uranus’ transition into Gemini here and here on the website). Not only that though, but Pluto did its final fuck around dance from Capricorn to Aquarius in November 2024 (even though Pluto won’t move into Aquarius in 2025 since it’s already there, the energy is so new that it may as well be counted here). Neptune entering Aries (lol “entering” hahaha) has been on my radar since December 2021 when I did a video about it for YouTube, but never did an astrological ramblings post about it…until now.
**With all the energy shifts coming up this year if you would like for me to do an astrology reading for you, that can be done by clicking on this.
**If you are more of a watcher than a reader, you can find the YouTube video on this same thing here.

I’d like to mention that everyone wants to rag on Mars, Saturn, and Pluto transits, treating them like “villains” in the astrological story. While, yeah, those three can certainly can be villainous assholes (along with Uranus who enjoys stirring shit up), I don’t think Neptune gets quite the villain edit that it deserves (or the villain edit that I would give it). ALL the planets have their “light” and their “shadow,” but I think Neptune often has more of a shadow than people talk about.

Let’s start this off with some dates:
-Neptune enters Aries for the first time on March 30, 2025 through October 22, 2025
    (Slips back into Pisces)
-Neptune moves into Aries again from January 27, 2026 through May 22, 2038
(moves into Taurus for the first time in 2038)
-Neptune moves back into Aries for the last time from October 22, 2038 through March 24, 2039
(Neptune will firmly be in Taurus for the next 12 years)
**Neptune has an orbital period of 164-years. It spends roughly 13 years in a sign**

When you think about Neptune in Aries, what comes to your mind? I asked this same question 3 years ago when I did the original video on this subject. Let’s talk first about WHAT the planet Neptune wants/needs to express and HOW Aries energy might express itself:

Shameless promotion of the Star Cards (the Neptune card and the Aries card, illustrating Transit Neptune in Aries)

Some “keywords” for what Neptune may express:

    IdealismCloudingSpiritualityEscapeUnconsciousConfusion
FaithLack of BoundariesIllusions & DelusionsNot Grounded & Unrealistic Martyrdom & Martyr-ComplexAddictions, Substances & Intoxicants
    OnenessDreamsCompassion & SensitivityFluid &
    Adaptable
    ImprisonmentCreativity

Some “keywords” for Aries Energy and how it may express:

    ImpulsiveFreedomIndependenceSelf-FocusedLeadershipInstinct
    DriveAction-OrientedFear (both Fearlessness & Fearfulness)New BeginningsExpressions of Will (and Willpower)Aggression & Anger
    AssertiveGod of WarPassion & Desire
    (Animalistic)
    ImpetuousCompetitiveIndividuated

When I think about that question now in early-2025 and seeing the way that the world seems to be going, the first things that come to my mind are:
-Clouding/Confusion about (or surrounding) War and Fighting
    -Illusions/Delusions of Independence and Freedom
-Manipulation by Leadership (and Leaders)….and leaders who are manipulated
–Also, Confused Leadership seems like a very possible thing as well

All of the above are more “challenging” in nature. There are “easy” or “positive” ways that this transit can go as well (I just don’t think we’re collectively there yet). Some of those ways could be:
    -Faith in New Beginnings
    -Creative New Frontiers
    -Spirituality through the Self

**All transits have the possibility to be “easy,” “challenging,” and maybe even a little bit of both at different times**

The thoughts that come to my mind are phrases like “What are we fighting for? Who are we fighting (and should we be fighting them in the first place)? Do we even fucking know anymore?” I think transit Neptune moving into Aries is going to bring up thoughts like this, eventually anyway (though, this might not happen until later in the 2020’s once transit Neptune has “settled” into Aries). As I’m writing this in early 2025, the entire world feels like it’s on the brink of war in a bunch of different places across the globe (some parts of the world are already engaged in conflict/have been engaged in conflict). Knowing who we are really fighting (and what we are fighting for), and breaking through any lack of clarity in this regard, seems really important.

Confused Leadership (and confusion on who to look towards for leadership) also seems like a thing that may come up as Neptune moves into Aries. I mean, lol, here in the US we’re already there (we’ve been here a while, in my opinion 🤣). It seems likely that we will see this sort of thing pop up across the world more often, with leadership doing things that make a person go “wtf are they doing?!” We need to quit looking to these fucking assholes to “lead the way” that don’t know what they are doing anymore than anyone else (and we also need to know what the actual intentions/drives of those in power are). On the surface, what drives a person (or a leader/leadership) may appear to be one thing, but other things might be in play more than they seem. Appearances can be deceiving. This can be the case because the person/leadership/etc. doesn’t know what drives them in the first place, or because they have been bought and sold by someone/something else (but this is a WHOLE other conversation so I’ll stop here).
-Another way to play with keywords for Neptune in Aries is Faith in Infants (Neptune expressing Faith and Aries energy expressing itself in an “infant” or “small child” kind of way). Makes me think of the lyrics “there is nothing more sadistic than an infant, waving his pistol in my face” from the Poe song Trigger Happy Jack 🤣. “You can’t talk to a psycho like a normal human being….”

Faith in New Beginnings seems like it falls under the domain of transit Neptune in Aries. What are these new beginnings, exactly? Honestly, who the fuck even knows (and I could see this being a “good” thing or a “bad thing”… or maybe both 😂). While there is a need for new beginnings across so much of the world, new beginnings can also bring their own host of problems. Are we all (collectively and individually) putting faith in new beginnings (and the new) that are “positive,” or are we putting faith in the new simply because they are something/somewhere “new” to put our faith (because the old ways aren’t working/stopped working/etc.). New Beginnings can be a wonderful thing, but we all need to make sure that the new with which we involve ourselves is actually what we THINK it is.

It seems like during this transit we might see an increase in spirituality through one’s sense of self (this particular thing could be a really cool). It could become seen as (even more) unnecessary for a middle man (like a priest) to connect someone to God (or the Creator); people might instead take more initiative in making this kind of connection themselves. Neptune also isn’t religious (generally speaking that’s what I consider to be shadow Jupiter & Sagittarius territory), which could allow for more spiritual independence to take place across the world.
-I wouldn’t be surprised if we see even more people talking about “spiritual warfare” and things of that nature under the course of this transit. Do I believe in that personally? Hell, I don’t know. I certainly don’t believe in it in the way that evangelicals screech about it 🤣 but I do think it’s possible there are unseen things/forces (both of this world and not) waging war on humanity? Can’t rule out the possibility.

Illusions and delusions of freedom and independence seem possible under the course of this transit, and perhaps trying to see through the fog of what freedom actually is and what actually makes a person free. Across the world slavery still exists in many different ways and with many different faces. While certain types of slavery are blatant (such as human trafficking – someone who is being trafficked is obviously NOT free), other types are less clear (such as someone being a slave to their job to keep their insurance benefits – they have the choice to work that job, supposedly, so are they really a slave?). I would argue that if you keep doing a job solely to have insurance, you ARE a slave to the job. Throughout the time of transit Neptune in Aries we will probably see questions like this come up even more (especially if history has anything to say about this transit).
-What would be awesome to see transpire are more compassionate actions taken towards mankind in general and the notion of slavery (and ANY kind of slavery is a bad thing….and that the concept of slavery can wear many different faces).

Creative new frontiers might also be a theme we see unfold under this transit. Neptune is super creative and new frontiers and pioneering are ways that Aries energy can express itself. We are already seeing this happen with the rise of using AI for art, music, and other mediums of creativity (which begs the question….is it really creative at all if a computer is generating the artwork, etc. for someone?). Either way, this is a new frontier in creativity that will only gain traction (imo) once Neptune moves into Aries. It will probably become even more important that people who are creative by trade be able to establish their creative work as made 100% by a person (for those that still do that).
**There could even be a market for this, especially since we are constantly inundated by AI images that all kind of….look the same? I don’t know how to describe it exactly, but AI generated art tends to have a certain look to it that oftentimes makes me entirely uninterested in it 🤣

To add a side note: I don’t know about all y’all, but shit has felt fucked on planet Earth since 2012…which is when Neptune entered Pisces “for good.” Really makes me wonder if *maybe* the Mayan’s were on to something with their predictions of the world ending in 2012. Obviously, the world didn’t end but I really do wonder if we jumped timelines or some shit. Either way nothing has felt remotely “normal” since 2011. Everything has felt fucking crazy, cloudy, and delusional (on the challenging end) and ALL throughout Neptune in Pisces I have been asking myself “is this shit really happening?” and “is this shit really real?” (both in terms of personal things AND collective happenings). Really, the whole damn period of time feels like some kind of fever dream. I have to wonder if there is a sense of waking up from this kind of fever dream that happens once Neptune enters Aries (or at least once Neptune has firmly settled into Aries).
