I have been hesitant to approach this topic…..the topic of Starseeds and how this notion might tie in with the Galactic Center. Why have I been hesitant to “go there”? I think it’s for a couple of different reasons. Some of it might have to do with the fact that there really isn’t a whole lot that is “tangible” about the notion of “starseeds” or about BEING a starseed (it’s COMPLETELY based off of a feeling of knowing – nothing that can really be proven or disproven as of now). The feeling of knowing is important though (I’m not brushing this off). I mean, I’m someone who DOES deal in and do past life work for clients and there is no way to prove a past life exists or not, either (this also deals heavily on the feeling of knowing, too). The difference, I think, between what I do for clients in terms of past life work and the notion of being a starseed in my mind (and how one feels more tangible than the other, to me anyway) has to do with the fact that I’m looking at a natal chart and coming up with your past life story based on things IN your natal chart (and not just pulling ideas out of my ass). I try to make these notions tangible to the client, as well, by explaining my process and why I come to the conclusions that I come to. Another reason I think I haven’t wanted to dive down the starseed rabbit hole has to do with the way that starseed material is presented to the general public BY the general public. It’s all so fluffy…there isn’t usually a whole bunch that you can really sink your teeth into (it also feels incredibly disconnected from reality a lot of the time). I can definitely deal with things that are disconnected from reality (I find stuff like this fascinating to think about, and I wouldn’t always claim to be personally connected to Earth all of the time, lol), but I do like to try to bring theories down to Earth or make them tangible in some way.
With all that said though, I do think starseeds (or Indigo, Crystal, and Rainbow Children) probably DO exist. I also think, with as weird of a fucking place as the Galactic Center is (and even the Super Galactic Center, Galactic Anti-Center, whatever opposes the Super Galactic Center, and the Great Attractor), I think it’s very possible you might find starseeds having conjunctions to any of these things in the natal chart. This wouldn’t be the only thing to look for, though (I don’t mean that ONLY people who have GC, SGC, whatever opposes the SGC, GaC, and GA conjunct natal planets and points are starseeds) – it would have to be a bunch of different factors coming into play in the chart that would tip a chart weaver off to the idea that “okay, this client *might* be a starseed,” and then proceed from there. The Galactic Grand Cross and the Great Attractor stuff might catch my eye first for looking for this kind of thing, though.
Okay, so there are a bunch of different starseeds that one could be so I won’t go into all of them in this blog post (or their respective descriptions – you can find a plethora of information on this online already lol), but I will touch on some of the groups. The purpose of all of this is to try and make the starseed thing more tangible via the natal chart (an experiment if you will). Below you will see a list of some of the major starseed groups based off of where they originate, along with a list of things that you can pull in the natal chart under the “extended chart selection” on Astro.com. My advice? If there is a certain type of starseed that you think you might be, pull some of these fixed stars and asteroids in your own natal chart and see if you get any “hits” in your natal chart (such as conjunctions between a natal planet and something on this list within 1.5 degrees applying or separating).

Asteroid’s DNA, Spirit, Alma, and a few others are on my radar for this purpose, I’m just not totally sure how I would fit them in the mix yet. There is also an asteroid that I remember seeing before that meant “starchild” or something like that, but I can’t remember the number. I will have to look into this more, too.

I haven’t done any percentages lately about different things I’ve been looking at in regards to the Galactic Center (things that feel like they tie in with the GC but seem to function as a “amplifier” to the GC for people who are already inclined to the way that the GC functions). So, lol, I figured I would do a post about THIS very thing and show what I’ve come up with THUS far.
I have talked about Jupiter Retrograde throughout this whole study and how I feel like it has a natural affinity with the way that the Galactic Center functions. Jupiter (retrograde or direct) has a tie with the GC energy since the GC falls in Sagittarius, but Jupiter Retrograde does feel like it has a special place here. I decided to take Mercury Rx out of this (in the original percentages I was lumping Jupiter Rx and Mercury Rx shit together which I shouldn’t have done). I haven’t fucked with Mercury Rx this go around (though I’m sure I will in future percentage calculations). Instead, this time around I was looking for the percentage of people who have Jupiter Rx (or were born during the shadow period) and/or Jupiter involved with the GC in some way (via conjunction, opposition, trine, or even the square….though I’m still not quite sure WHAT to do with the squares yet). The percentage that I came back for this was 63% – meaning 63% of people have Jupiter Rx (or born in the shadow period) and/or have Jupiter (direct or Rx) making one of the aspects mentioned before to the GC (and the planet conjunct the GC). I found that 37% of participants do not have Jupiter Rx (or born under the shadow period) and don’t have Jupiter making an aspect to the planet conjunct the GC or to the GC itself. To break this down even further: -69% of these people have Jupiter Rx (or were born during the shadow period) -31% of these people have Jupiter (either direct or Rx) making an aspect to the GC and planet conjunct the GC.
To keep going with the Jupiter thing for a minute, I wanted to look and see how many people had aspects between Jupiter and Chiron, Jupiter and Saturn, and Jupiter and Uranus in their charts. The bounds for this part of the study are simple – it didn’t matter if Jupiter is direct or Rx, or if any of these objects mentioned make contacts with the GC. Since everyone in the study will have SOMETHING conjunct the GC (so far, anyway), I was just curious what the different contacts looked like between these planets (and asteroid) across the different charts. The aspects that I was taking into consideration here are the conjunction, trine, sextile, opposition, square, and quincunx. **Jupiter/Chiron Aspects** -66% of people in the study thus far have Jupiter making an aspect with Chiron -34% of people in the study thus far did not have Jupiter making an aspect with Chiron **Jupiter/Saturn Aspects** -57% of people in the study thus far have Jupiter making an aspect with Saturn -43% of people in the study thus far don’t have Jupiter making aspect with Saturn **Jupiter/Uranus Aspects** -61% of the people in the study thus far have Jupiter making an aspect with Uranus -39% of the people in this study thus far don’t have Jupiter making an aspect with Uranus
Bringing up the topic of aspects for just a second, I think in the next go-around of percentages to see where things stand, I will be looking at some minor aspects (like the septile, noville, vigintile, etc.). Specifically, I think I will probably focus on the planet (or planets) conjunct the GC and if that planet also happens to make one of these more minor aspects with another planet in the chart.
I also took a look at Chiron – both to see how many people have Chiron direct and Chiron Rx and to see how many people have Chiron making an aspect to the GC (conjunction, trine, opposition, and square are what I was looking at here). This is what I came back with: -50% of people have Chiron Rx SOMEWHERE in the natal chart (doesn’t have to be involved with the GC). The other 50% of people have Chiron direct. -54% of people have Chiron (either direct or Rx) making one of the aspects mentioned above to the GC. -46% of people have Chiron (either direct or Rx) NOT making one of the aspects mentioned above to the GC. –Chiron here should be thought of an an amplifier for the GC energy. While it’s energy certainly ties in with the GC, I think in order for Chiron (direct or Rx) to amplify the GC, something needs to be conjunct or opposite the GC in the first place. I would think that Chiron Rx would serve as a greater amplifier in these cases, since Rx energy ALSO seems to have an affinity for the GC.
Retrograde planets were the next thing that I wanted to revisit. I looked at these from a couple of different angles, the first of which being the charts of people I would consider to be “retrograde heavy.” When I think of a retrograde heavy chart, I think of someone who has their chart ruler retrograde, or someone who has 3 or more planets retrograde in their chart (things like this make me think “ah, this person has a retrograde heavy chart”). Since everyone in the study thus far has a planet conjunct the GC, I was curious how many of these people would be considered Rx heavy. This is what I came up with: -60% of people have retrograde heavy charts -40% of people don’t have retrograde heavy charts (even if they have one or two planets retrograde somewhere) –I was curious to see how many retrograde heavy people may have been drawn to take part in this research, lol, since there does seem to be an affinity between retrograde planets and the GC. From here I wanted to look at the percentage of people who have a retrograde planet conjunct the GC. I have mentioned before some thoughts about this; while the GC seems to have an affinity for retrograde energy, I do wonder WHAT happens to planets conjunct the GC that are retrograde. Does this amplify the retrograde feeling of the planet, or does it do something along the lines of “turning” the planet direct? I could see either of these being a possibility. These are the numbers I came back for this: -68% of people had only direct planets (or a direct planet) conjunct the GC -32% of people had at least one retrograde planet conjunct the GC
I also wanted to look at planets Out of Bounds, and how many people have Out of Bounds planets in their natal charts (since I do think that OOB planets might amplify the energy of the GC IF there is already a planet conjunct the GC, or opposing the GC). These are the numbers that I came up with: -28% of people have NO Out of Bounds planets in their chart -72% of people have at least 1 planet OOB in their chart –From the percentage of people that have at least one planet OOB, I broke this down further: -48% of people have 1 planet OOB -42% of people have 2 planets OOB -10% of people have 3 planets OOB -No participants had more than 3 planets OOB From there I wanted to look and see how many people had their OOB planet (or planets) conjunct the GC. For this, all the planets that someone has OOB didn’t have to be conjunct the GC (I was just looking to see if at least one OOB planet was conjunct the GC for the cases of people having multiple OOB planets). Here are the numbers I found: -79% of people that have OOB planets have at least one OOB planet conjunct the GC -21% of people have OOB planets that make no conjunction to the GC
This blog post is probably going to be kind of all over the fucking place (much like the last couple of videos that I’ve made about the Galactic Center – here are videos one and two from this week). Just like the videos, though, I wanted to go a head and get this out there (and at some other point in time I will streamline my thoughts together better…..once I have a better handle where exactly my thoughts are going). I may not be 100% sure where the fuck they’re going – but I do feel like they fit in somehow, someway.
This past week I started to go down a rabbit hole about planets and x-ray emissions. This kind of started because I got to thinking about the x-rays and radio waves (and other shit) that the Galactic Center has coming from it. I started to wonder about planets and their own x-ray emissions, especially since I do think that certain planets are MORE tied to the GC than others. For those new to the game here, those planets are:
*Jupiter – Obviously this planet would be involved with the Galactic Center since the GC is IN Sagittarius. I do think Jupiter Retrograde specifically takes the top spot. *Any retrograde planet *Any out of bounds planet **Retrograde planets and OOB planets don’t automatically give one an “affinity” for the GC, but if the person has planetary contacts to the GC, the Galactic Anti-Center (GaC) or something like that, I think the retrograde and/or OOB planet strengthens this connection. *Uranus feels like the planet that is the most tied to the GC after Jupiter. This has been a strong ass feeling I’ve had for a while now, especially since Retrograde planets tend to point towards Uranus as it is AND OOB planets have a wild-card Uranian kind of feeling, too. Also, Uranus is all about change (among other things) and the GC fundamentally changes anything that happens to enter its grasp. *Neptune and Pluto definitely have a tie with the GC as well. To me, Pluto’s connection is much more clear since Pluto is all about transformation (among other things) – transformation is something else that the GC does to anything that happens to “fall” into it. Neptune, lol being Neptune, is a little less clear to me but I know that fucker ties in, too (especially since the GC is thought to be a telephone line to the creator or to other dimensions). It would make sense for a planet like Neptune to correlate here, since it is such a spiritual planet. *Chiron does have ties as well. Chiron is like a bridge between the inner and the outer planets, and I definitely think of the GC as a bridge from what is “here” in our galaxy to what exists beyond us. Not only that though – Chiron’s whole mythology definitely seems to have ties to the GC, too. *Saturn is one that I have recently brought into the game. In esoteric astrology, Saturn is thought of as the “gatekeeper” (which, lol, is incredibly apt when I think about it). In order to even GET to Chiron or the the outer planets, you have to push through Saturn’s ass first.
All planets have some kind of x-ray emissions. The only planet, so far, that they haven’t found any come from is Neptune (though I’d bet a little money in time they will find them coming from Neptune as well). There are three types of x-ray emissions that a planet can do: -Auroral Emissions -Fluorescence -Scattering of solar x-rays from the Sun
The two planets that have auroral emissions (or that I can find that FOR SURE have auroral emissions) are Jupiter and Earth, though Jupiter being Jupiter, it does these auroral emissions bigger than the Earth does. Why is this interesting to me? Because if the Galactic Center is really like a “lifeline” or “telephone line” to the creator, to other dimensions, or even to the parts of ourselves that we leave “charging” when we incarnate here on Earth (essentially our “higher selves”), then I find it interesting that the only two planets that do these kinds of emissions are Jupiter (which is obviously tied to the GC via Sagittarius ruled by Jupiter) and Earth (which is the planet we are all planted on). Do you see where I’m going with this – like we are somehow more tied to Jupiter and the GC just by way of happening to be ON this planet. -Another thing I will bring up is esoteric rulership in astrology. Side note: I don’t use esoteric astrology THAT MUCH in practice (though I do tend to read Saturn in a more esoteric way normally), so I had to dust off some books lol. Anywho, in esoteric astrology, Sagittarius’ exoteric ruler is Jupiter, but it’s esoteric ruler is the Earth. THIS is another interesting tie in (and also something that makes me think I’ll be needing to bring esoteric astrology into this GC thang way more than I originally thought). -Jupiter also does the scattering of solar x-rays from the Sun, too.
Saturn is another planet that I wanted to look at. It, like Jupiter, does the scattering of solar x-rays from the Sun. Saturn’s rings also Fluoresce. I have also seen different articles that mention’s that Saturn might also do the auroral emissions as well, but the sources that I’ve found haven’t seemed as concrete as the one’s that deal with Jupiter (and obviously the Earth) being able to do this. It absolutely wouldn’t surprise me if Saturn does this, too, especially since Saturn is so tied to the physical, like Earth (though it wants us to break beyond that bondage). In esoteric astrology, Saturn is ruled by Saturn regardless of exoteric or esoteric rulership (which, lol, figures).
Uranus is another one that does emit x-rays (that was recently found out a few years back), though it seems like they haven’t quite figured out HOW this happens. I’m gunna bet a little money that they will find that it does all three of the above types. By way of esoteric astrology, Aquarius has it’s exoteric ruler as Uranus, but it’s esoteric ruler is Jupiter. In my mind, in a more concrete way, this ties together Jupiter and Uranus more directly than I have before (throughout much of this research I have felt that Jupiter and Uranus are strongly linked with the Galactic Center, and even with one another….I was just leaving the esoteric perspective out).
I haven’t yet found out if Chiron emits any kind of x-rays or not (though it probably does something). Pluto also does something, but because of it’s distance from the Sun they aren’t really sure HOW it would be scattering solar-rays from the Sun. I think the pictures aren’t good enough (or something, I’m honestly not really sure), so they can’t really tell HOW Pluto is able to emit x-rays as of now.
HOW does all of this ACTUALLY tie in with the Galactic Center? Not totally sure yet. But I know it probably fucking does.

There are a few different planets that I’ve brought up as far as feeling very intertwined with the GC. Obviously Jupiter (and Jupiter Rx specifically). Uranus is another one that I have brought up, and Chiron has been discussed (even though Chiron isn’t a planet, it still feels very in-tune with the GC energy. Now, there is one planet that is amongst all of these in the line up, and that’s Saturn. I feel like since all of these other planets feel like they correlate with the GC energy, Saturn can’t be left out of the game, either (especially since it doesn’t go Jupiter, Chiron (the bridge between the inner and outer planets), and Uranus……..before you can even get to Chiron and cross that fucking bridge to the outers, you would techinically have to deal with Saturn first.
Okay okay okay I’ll admit it, I’m biased and I fucking love Saturn (I mean, lol, you’re on a website called Saturn Season). Most people probably already know this about me, lol, but just incase your new here, you’re not going to get the same doom and fucking gloom reading on Saturn. Can Saturn be limitations and restrictions? Sure. BUT ONLY IF YOU LET SATURN FUCKING BE LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS. Lookit, you can sit there and fucking whine about what Saturn is doing in your life via transits, or you can bitch about what Saturn is doing in your natal chart…….or you can do something about it and rise to the challenge. Ultimately that’s what I believe big daddy Saturn wants from all of us – to rise to his challenge via natal placement AND transits/progressions, and not pussy the fuck out.
So….how does any of this actually TIE in to the GC? I almost feel like in order to fully make the most of the GC in our own charts, Saturn has to be “dealt” with square on. This would be because Saturn is last of the inner planets before we get to outer planets (I think physical 3D limitations and restrictions probably need to be dealt with before we can start to really tap into the GC in anything remotely resembling a conscious way – especially since while the GC is obviously very “Jupiter” inclined, it is also very outer planet inclined, too). This would be the case for ANYONE since the GC will exist in everyone’s chart, though I do think this pull to actually deal with Saturn and any limitations or restrictions that it tries to impose needs to especially be busted through for people that have GC conjunctions, oppositions, trines, and probably even the squares (though I’m still playing around with those).
So how does one actually “deal” with Saturn and it’s shit? This would depend heavily on your entire chart and what Saturn is doing IN your chart (the house it falls, the sign it falls, the aspects it makes, etc.). Because Saturn is such a physical planet, there usually is trauma that follows Saturn of a more “physical” nature. That doesn’t necessarily mean that there is literal physical trauma to your body because of where Saturn falls in your chart, but the trauma that exists from Saturn is very 3D and physical to this realm (and very, very real), and will manifest by way of sign, house, and aspects made. I’m not belittling this trauma that might exist from Saturn in your natal chart (I know Saturn can be a real fucking pain in the ass and painful), I just know that this little fucker doesn’t want anyone to actually let him limit them – pushing through the pain or the trauma in order to come out the other side makes us stronger. And I do think with all the energy that goes on at the GC, the more strength we can gain from rising to Saturn’s challenges will on help us in navigating all the GC’s energy (and again, this feels incredibly amplified if we’re talking about people with planets conjunct the GC, trine the GC, conjunct the Galactic Anti-Center, or even square the GC).
What makes Saturn easier to deal with in this way, from this angle? Having Saturn involved with the GC axis (maybe the conjunction) may help. Though I could ALSO see Saturn conjunct the GC making it harder to deal with Saturn in the physical world in some cases. Saturn Rx, while difficult, seems like it might be easier to deal with from the angle of the GC since Saturn Rx points towards Uranus. Saturn is never out of bounds, so you won’t see an OOB Saturn or have that on your side to help out.
I am going to have to think some more about this, because while Saturn is VERY DIFFERENT from the GC in pretty much all ways, I do feel like it is a piece to GETTING to the GC, understanding it’s energy, or being able to apply its energy in one’s life.

I have been thinking about several different things recently in connection to the Galactic Center – this blog post might feel like it’s kind of all over the fucking place, but I will try to streamline it the best way I can. Just as a general disclaimer, I am in no way, shape or form claiming to be an expert on the Galactic Center. While at this point I do feel like I have a somewhat decent handle on how it functions in a natal chart, I am in no way saying that I am absolutely correct about any of this. I am literally just fucking with astrology here and tossing out some ideas.
Retrograde planets conjunct the Galactic Center
The first thought that came to my mind recently has to do with retrograde planets and how retrograde motion and the Galactic Center change the way that a planet functions. Retrograde motion DOES seem to have an affinity for the Galactic Center due to this changing of the way planets function. However, I got to thinking about this a little bit more, specifically retrograde planets being conjunct the GC – what the hell happens here? I mean, since the GC changes things, it almost seems like a planet that happened to be conjunct the GC that was Rx might actually find itself functioning from direct motion (almost like the GC changes that planet from retrograde to direct). None of the planets that I have conjunct the GC are retrograde, so I don’t have any personal experience in this area. I might be reaching out to some of you all soon that have Rx planets conjunct the GC to see HOW those planets most naturally function? Does the meaning of the planet retrograde seem to feel more “right” to you, or do you feel like the planet naturally functions from direct motion (even if it is Rx). -On the total flip side of this, I could see the Retrograde motion of a planet being conjunct the GC actually ending up being amplified (I wouldn’t rule it out going this way, either). -What got me thinking about this in the first place is how retrograde planets seem to jive better with the energy of the sign where it would usually find itself in detriment (for instance, Mercury Retrograde might actually do better in Sagittarius, where Mercury is traditionally in detriment, rather than Gemini…where Mercury Rx feels fucking noisy). I started to think about this possible change, and it got me to thinking about what the GC might do to Rx planets that happen to be conjunct it. The verdict is still out on this one, but damn is my mind buzzing lol.
What if the downloads come from your higher self?
I also wanted to toss out an idea about what I mean when I talk about the Galactic Center being a place where “downloads” come from. I do think that these “downloads” are probably the strongest when there is something conjunct the GC (like a planet or Chiron – something tangible in the sky). I have made mention before that the GC could be where “downloads” come from other entities (like E.T.’s, spirit guides, etc), but I want to toss another idea out there – what if the downloads are coming from one’s “higher self” in some cases? Let me explain where I’m coming from (and just for the record, you don’t have to agree with what I’m about to say): -It is my belief that when we incarnate on this Earth, in this life (or any lifetime), that we leave some our soul in what I call the “in-between” to “charge.” I don’t think we ever bring our WHOLE soul into an incarnation (except MAYBE when we are in our very first incarnation and our very last incarnation). Normally we may only need to bring 50% of our soul, 20% of our soul, 95% of our soul, etc. in any given incarnation. How much of our soul we bring into each lifetime probably depends heavily on WHAT we hoped to accomplish in each incarnation (some incarnations might take more “soul power” to get through, while others might take much less). So some of us is left in the in-between to charge. While we’re up there charging or whatever word you want to use, I think this “higher self” does try to reach out to the parts of our soul here on Earth in 3D physical form. The GC might very well be a way that our higher selves are able to contact our current forms, and having planet conjunct the GC might be a vehicle for this contact between the two parts of us to come together. Perhaps the planetary archetype gives some clues as to what kind of contact needs to be made. **I still think it’s possible that the Galactic Center is also a lifeline to things outside of our higher selves – E.T.’s, other spirit guides, etc. This was just ONE possibility that I don’t think I had touched on yet, and I had meant to a while back. **Sagittarius energy, where the Galactic Center falls, is half man/half horse, half on the ground and half head in the clouds. THIS right here feels very higher self/current physical self in nature as it is.

This has been on my mind for a while, but I have wanted to take a look at all the people who have participated thus far in the research and see if Uranus figures prominently into the GC axis in some way, shape or form (not just looking at the conjunctions here). I realize that Uranus is generational and doesn’t move all that fast, so there are several people who were born in the mid ’80’s to early 90’s that DO have Uranus conjunct the GC (I am one of these people myself). I also wanted to take a look and see how many people in the research had Uranus Rx in their natal charts (regardless of if it tied to the GC axis or not). My mind is kind of thinking of Uranus in the same way that I think about Chiron connecting to the GC – having Chiron or Uranus involved with the GC Axis probably does amplify something about the GC energy. Having Chiron and/or Uranus Rx and connected to the GC probably amplifies the GC axis even more. For the people that have Uranus Rx elsewhere in their chart, like Chiron Rx people, they are probably able to tap into the energy of the GC more easily if they have GC conjunctions or oppositions.
So from there I decided to run some numbers from the charts collected thus far in the research: -60% of people have Uranus either involved with the GC Axis in some way OR have Uranus Rx in their natal charts -40% of people don’t have Uranus involved with the GC Axis in some way or don’t have Uranus Rx elsewhere in their charts.
Another reason that I am particularly hung up on Uranus as being an auxiliary or amplifier for the GC energy is that it is the first of the transpersonal planets – essentially what one would get to first if they were to cross over Chiron’s bridge to visit the outer planets. I also can’t help but make the connection between Chiron and Uranus since in Chiron’s myth, Chiron took the place of Prometheus who was chained to a rock (and Prometheus has an affinity FOR Uranus and Aquarian energy). Even beyond the GC stuff that has my mind fucking buzzing, these two celestial bodies have an linkage to one another via mythology. I definitely do think both are amplifiers to the GC’s energy. On their own they don’t necessarily tap someone into the GC, but if either/both happen to be retrograde and not involved with the GC Axis OR retrograde/direct and touching the GC axis, I think they probably DO amplify what actually happens for the person energy wise at the GC.
This got me curious about the actual discovery of the planet Uranus (I was wondering if there were any GC contacts at the time Uranus was discovered like the GC contacts that are in the chart for Chiron’s celestial discovery that put up in the blog post about Chiron and the GC). Sure the fuck enough, there is:
LOOK at FUCKING MARS conjunct the GC (with Saturn right there, too). Uranus is conjunct the Galactic Anti-Center at the time Uranus was discovered (Uranus is also Out of Bounds in this chart). This feels fitting since Uranus is “shocking” on it’s own, so being found in the area of the chart (the GaC) where “shocks” happen makes sense (and it’s like by this hypothetical “shock” happening, that area of the sky in the chart was illuminated and Uranus was able to be seen). Jupiter is fucking Retrograde in this chart (which feels like an amplifier for everything else). The Midheaven in Leo is trine the GC, but also fucking CHIRON happens to be in the 10-degree applying and separating window that is being looked at for trines to the GC (and being able to bring the GC shit down to Earth). It also strikes me that Chiron is conjunct the North Node, but I would have to sit with THAT longer to make sense of it. Maybe something like part of the mission from the discovery of Uranus (for the planet Uranus itself….if planets can HAVE missions) is to function alongside Chiron in some way.
The other outer planets DON’T have the GC contacts that Uranus does, and while I do think all the outer planet have an affinity for the GC energy, it doesn’t really surprise me that the discovery of Uranus is the only one of the outer planets to have GC contacts like this when it was discovered.

This is a post I have been wanting to write for a while, but outside of work for my clients and taking care of my son, my focus has been very preoccupied with the Galactic Center, lol. I’m still doing the GC stuff (obviously), but in my GC research I have been looking at retrograde planets closely. Specifically Jupiter Rx, but ALL retrograde planets seem to have an affinity for the GC energy…..or rather, retrograde motion in general just seems to have an affinity for the GC. Both the GC and Rx Motion CHANGE the planet involved.
It’s this change that I want to talk about for a second….or more than a second hahahaha (I know my ass can get wordy as fuck), especially this change in terms of a planet being retrograde and the notions of exaltation, domicile, detriment, and fall (the 1st two of the five essential dignities of the planets – the notions of domicile/detriment and exaltation/fall). If I’m totally honest, I certainly take the ideas of domicile/detriment and exaltation/fall into consideration when I read charts for people, but I’m not ride or die with them. I think they are something to consider, but just because someone has a planet exalted doesn’t mean that planet won’t have issues, and just because someone has a planet in fall doesn’t mean that planet is totally fucked. Too often I feel like people rely on these to read when you have to take the WHOLE chart into account. I feel the same way about the notions of Triplicity, Bounds, and Face, and even the notion of the “benefic” planets and the “malefic” planets. While I think all of this should be taken note of when chart reading (I’m not saying it doesn’t have any merit), my reading of a chart doesn’t hinge on any of this stuff. However, it did get me thinking about how retrograde motion might actually change the notion of the condition of the planet (regardless of what the condition).

**I want to point out that it is decently debated WHAT the exaltation and fall placements should be for Uranus and Neptune (or if they should even have them at all). Pluto has not been “assigned” a place of exaltation or fall as of now. If you are someone that doesn’t like using the outer planets, or don’t think that they should have exaltation or fall placements, just suspend disbelief or whatever for the time being.**
The table above is of the planets and of the signs that they will naturally find themselves at “home”/domicile, in detriment, exalted, and in fall (as you can see). But I do have to wonder….what happens when you throw an Rx planet in the mix. It seems like this might actually change the whole fucking thing around (and if not the whole fucking thing, it might at least change things around in terms of the domicile/home and detriment placements).
What is the actual nature of the planets via Retrograde Motion? What do they need to express? The table below does not cover all of it by any means, but these are some ideas of what they might need to express:

Mercury
Mercury Rx needs to lean into it’s intuition and learn to trust it. It also needs to take information step by step and piece by piece so that it can see the bigger picture (and using it’s intuition in order to do this).
Venus
Venus Rx needs to, above all else, learn to love and value itself most of all. Venus Rx points more towards Taurus than Libra, so a focus on self-worth and self-value is paramount here.
Mars
Mars Rx needs to only take action on things that actually serve it’s soul purpose. Anything that doesn’t actually serve the soul’s growth might be hard for them to take action on. The action here tends to be turned more inward than anything. Any action that is taken will be thought about making the actions that are taken not as fast.
Jupiter
Jupiter Rx is very intuitive and will know things before they know WHY they know them. The things that is most important for Jupiter Rx people to do is break things down backwards to figure out why they know what they know from a logical and rational place.
Saturn
Saturn Rx needs to become the master of its own reality, but this needs to be done in whatever way feels the most natural for the person. This might differ considerably from how they were “taught” reality should be lived and experienced (and while not universal, there is usually conditioning that needs to be deconditioned surrounding such).
Uranus
Uranus Rx usually has something going on with detachment and with needing to detach from previous lifetime trauma and hang-ups. In some cases, though, I have found that there is TOO much detachment and Uranus Rx actually needs to reattach. It also needs to make sure that it can see things from an omniscient point of view, and to be as individuated as possible.
Neptune
Neptune Rx needs to feel connected to the divine, and they need to live their lives being connected to both the conscious and the unconscious. Neptune Rx also deals with breaking the illusion that Neptune by direct motion can deal in. The breaking of illusions may not feel completely comfortable to Neptune Rx, but this is the way this energy is “supposed” to go (and something it wants to achieve).
Pluto
Pluto Rx needs to feel like they are on the “right track.” If it happens to NOT be on the right track, things in the life of the Pluto Rx native will feel incredibly “off.” Being on the “right track” for the soul is so important for Pluto Rx people because more than anything these people want to reconnect with the Creator – doing what they are here on Earth to accomplish, to stay on their soul’s “task,” and then move the fuck on to whatever comes next.
This is NOT AT ALL THE FULL SCOPE of how the different planets via retrograde motion might need to function. These are just a few ideas for each planet tossed out. Here are some ideas behind my thought process that Retrograde planets might actually be more “at home”/domicile in the planet’s traditional sign of detriment, and that they might be more in detriment in the planet’s traditional sign of domicile:
Mercury Rx needs to learn how to trust it’s intuition and USE it’s intuition to to be able to see the big picture. Intuition is very much a Sagittarius thing (other sign’s energies are intuitive, too, but Sagittarius definitely is). Sagittarius can also see the big picture (which is something Mercury Rx needs to be able to). It almost feels like, for this reason, Mercury Rx might actually be more “at home”/domicile in Sagittarius than it would be in Gemini (where, honestly, Mercury Rx might have difficulty being able to see the big picture through the Micro lens of Gemini energy). Mercury Rx in Gemini just feels like it would get too bogged down with all the information that it is taking in to be able to see the big picture easily (or even to intuit what information they need to be taking in IN the first place).
Venus Rx needs to be able to love and value itself – this is absolutely critical for these people. For this reason, Venus Rx points more towards the Taurus part of the Venus equation than the Libra part (Libra deals too much with close relationships and other people for Venus Rx to be able to express itself comfortably here). For this reason, Taurus probably IS a good domicile fit for Venus Rx, but I also feel like Venus’ traditional place of detriment, Aries, is a good fit for Venus Rx. Aries energy can be more self-focused, and for Venus Rx to be able to love and value itself the way that it needs to, Aries energy might be more comfortable for it to flow through.
Mars Rx needs to be able to focus on what actions it needs to take that will actually serve the needs of the soul’s purpose. This person can have issue reacting to things quickly because they will generally have more thoughts about what actions they should be taking in the first place (perhaps even more deliberation about the action needs to occur for this person). This can actually feel pretty frustrating to the person, and I would think it might feel even more frustrating in an action-oriented sign like Aries. However, in a sign like Libra which is inclined to do more balancing/thinking over acting (and this sign certainly deliberates about stuff), Mars Rx might actually be LESS frustrated in this sign.
Jupiter Rx can see the big picture and is extremely intuitive – this planet will “know” things from an intuitive place before knowing WHY it knows this from a logical and rational perspective. THIS is important for Jupiter Rx to actually understand what it intuitively knows in the first place (and we all know that “understanding” is a big deal for Jupiter regardless of if direct or Rx). It seems as if Jupiter Rx might not be that comfortable in Sagittarius, or at the very least would have a difficult time breaking down what they know from backwards motion to make any kind of logical and rational sense of what it does know. However, is actually seems like Gemini energy might be a good thing for Jupiter Rx, allowing this planet to do what it needs to do through the vehicle of Gemini energy (which is more of a micro lens, and that’s exactly what Jupiter Rx needs).
Saturn Rx needs to be able to become the master of its own reality and figure out what they want their crystalized version of reality to look like. Oftentimes, this is very different than how the person was raised to think reality should be lived. Since Capricorn energy tends to be more structured and traditional than Saturn Rx actually should function, Saturn Rx may not be as comfortable in Capricorn as Saturn direct is. However, Saturn Rx might actually BE comfortable in Cancer, especially with the more personalized approach to crystalizing one’s reality needs to be taken here. There is also USUALLY some deconditioning from family patterns that needs to happen with Saturn Rx (not always, but often enough to mention) that Saturn Rx in Cancer might actually help this deconditioning to happen more easily.
Uranus Rx need to be able to individuate itself further. It also needs to learn how to detach from any previous lifetime trauma (or even trauma from this lifetime). Detachment is an interesting notion here in general, because Uranus is detached but in Aquarius where Uranus is normally at “home,” there might be too much detachment from things that they shouldn’t detach from (such as the concept of the self which I have certainly seen with Uranus Rx in a chart). However, in Leo, Uranus Rx might be able to detach and individuate itself in such a way that it doesn’t lose it’s sense of “ego” or “identity” all together (rather, this might be FOUND in the sign of Leo more easily).
Neptune Rx needs to be able to break through the illusions that Neptune direct may be completely comfortable living in. Not only that, but it also needs to be AWARE of these illusions (again, Neptune direct may not be as aware of this). This planet Rx also needs to be connected to both the collective conscious and collective unconscious. For these reasons, I could definitely see how Neptune Rx could function more comfortable being able to express itself through the discernment of Virgo energy over the Pisces energy.
Pluto Rx needs to be on its particular soul path (whatever that is) or else it will feel like things in its life are “off.” The ability to STAY on the soul’s path is important here, which is why Pluto Rx might actually function better in the sign of Taurus (which is stable and secure, perhaps to a fault at times). While Pluto direct may be able to deal with the chaos that Scorpio energy can be inclined, Pluto Rx probably would feel more at home in a more “stable” sign.

To bring the GC into all of this (because of course I will), since the GC and retrograde motion both seem to change/charge/amplify/warp the planets (et. al) that are conjunct the GC or involved in the axis in some way, it does make me question what happens to planets that are retrograde that happen to be conjunct the GC. Does it amplify the Retrograde motion? I could totally see this happening. Or, on the flip side of this, does an Rx planet conjunct the GC end up getting changed causing it then to function more like a planet via direct motion? THIS also seems possible. I will have to sit and think about this one some more, and play around with some charts.

There were a couple of people who volunteered as tribute for me to take a look at their charts from the lens of the GC. Both of these charts are very interesting for different reasons (for the different GC contacts that they make and what else is going on in the charts). If you have watched the videos, I know when I was talking about these charts I was so excited to be doing them in the first place I KNOW that I left some shit out lol (so keep reading – I didn’t leave a bunch of shit out of the videos, but I know I forgot to mention a couple of things).
As you will see from these examples in this post, along with those in my last blog post, there are lots of ways that all of this can go and this depends heavily on what is actually going on at the GC and elsewhere in the chart.
I also want to include the disclaimer that I am JUST FUCKING WITH ASTROLOGY HERE. While I do feel like, at this point I do have a decent handle on the GC from an astrological point of view (and even from a scientific point of view), it’s the blending of the two that I’m still fleshing out. I know astrology and science don’t always blend nicely (lol), but I do like to apply science to stuff like this (and incorporating intuition) when figuring things out and fucking with shit. This is how we learn (or, lol, how I learn). I also reserve the right for any and all of this to be wrong down the line and I am in no way, shape, or form saying that any of this is universal truth.
This chart belongs to someone who has participated in the research. As you can see, Neptune (retrograde) is conjunct the GC the most closely at 28-degrees Sagittarius, with Jupiter (retrograde) ALSO conjunct the GC (though by a wider orb since Jupiter is at 3-degrees Capricorn). This means that all the energy at the GC is going to touch Neptune the most, and then touch Jupiter (Jupiter is definitely impacted here, but I would bet that Neptune takes on more of the energy at the GC). Since Neptune is involved (and Neptune isn’t totally conscious or living in the real world as it is) I do wonder if having Neptune in such a physical/real world house (being in the 6th House) might actually cause this person to be able to BRING things that are more “surreal” or “unreal” INTO the real world (or the energy from the GC might cause Neptune to function this way). I don’t KNOW if this is actually the case, but I could see it going that way (either way, Neptune is going to be fucking charged). The 9th House with Pisces on the cusp and the 6th House with Sagittarius on the cusp will both BEND to the Neptune/Jupiter/GC thing, meaning that what this person believes, higher learning (and other 9th House things) will bend to the GC (or be amplified/charged/distorted/etc. by the GC). Same thing for the 6th House disposing of itself to the GC and the 6th House (this person really needs to believe in the way that they live their daily life, and the work that they do, among other 6th House things and with Sagittarius on the 6th House cusp). **In this chart, the GC is technically in the 5th House which means that areas of life dealing with creative self expression, risk taking, things they do for enjoyment, and even the notions of any children they might have will ALSO be impacted by the GC, too. These areas of life are probably charged/amplified/distorted/etc. as well. You could also play with other areas of life that the 5th House represents, too. -Jupiter is Retrograde in this chart which, I think, causes this person to be pretty in-tune with the GC naturally. This is probably amplified with Jupiter conjunct the GC. -Jupiter and Mars are out of bounds in this chart, which also probably acts to get this person even more in-tune with the GC energy. -They have nothing conjunct the Galactic Anti-Center. The GaC is actually in the 11th House (just barely) but this area would extend beyond the 11th House and into the 12th. This means that these two houses in the chart might be a little more blinded or clouded over (areas of life dealing with long-term goals and hopes, groups of people, etc. per the 11th House and shit in the unconscious per the 12th House, among other things). Now, with Gemini on the 12th House cusp, this makes me think that unconscious communication (the kind that would happen in the 12th House), or even just the unconscious thought patterns and processes in general might be more blinded or clouded over. The overflow of energy (or something like “overflow”) is going to strike that area of the chart. When this happens, it might end up lighting up this part of the chart so that it can be seen (even if there is some damage that happens here in the process). -This person has the Sun and Mercury trine the GC in the 2nd House in Virgo. Mercury is closer to being exactly trine the GC/sextile the GaC, so this would be the planet that I would look at first for being able to translate stuff from the GC down to Earth. It will also function as a grounding force for the lightning rod that is the GaC. This is interesting because Mercury is Retrograde, and I have mentioned before that I think Mercury Rx has an affinity for the GaC – so I actually think this person having Mercury Rx as the grounding force is pretty advantageous. What matters here is that this person functions from both of the Retrograde motions of Mercury and Jupiter in tandem (and something tells me since Jupiter is Rx and conjunct the GC they may function from the Rx motion of Jupiter while not functioning from the Rx motion of Mercury as easily). These planets are trine one another, Mercury and Jupiter, which definitely tells me that they CAN function from BOTH planets from the Rx motion in tandem – BOTH just need to be utilized. -Mercury Rx will be thrown a whole bunch of mental noise. There can be issues with knowing exactly what they should be taking into their mental headspace AND difficulty knowing what to communicate back out in the most proficient and “perfect” ways. I have to wonder if this person actually values what they have to communicate in the first place, and if they don’t, that ought to change. Tuning out all the bullshit that doesn’t actually matter to this person and not being a waste basket for other people’s noise seems like it should be said here (they need to value themselves for more than this, and they also need to be valued for more than this). This is very important. It is also important that while they can see the big picture, they still need to break things down from backwards motion (per Jupiter being Rx) to understand what they know and why they know it. As they are doing this, they need to, at the same time, be taking in information that is actually relevant to them and put this information together piece by piece, and step by step (per Mercury Rx), filtering out the shit that doesn’t actually need to be taken in. Mercury Rx and Jupiter Rx in a chart together need to find a way to “meet in the middle” in general, but here it feels even more important. -Operating from the Mercury Rx motion helps to translate things “downloaded,” intuited, or “inspired” by the GC ….. but operating from the Rx motion of Mercury is critical to this.
This chart belongs to someone else who was nice enough to allow me to look at their chart from this lens who has participated in the research. The first thing I notice is that the North Node is conjunct the GC. This puts this person’s soul mission per the North Node merging with all the energy of the GC. This makes me think that this person probably does feel like they definitely HAVE a purpose in this lifetime, and I feel like this purpose probably does feel charged (or amplified/distorted/etc. but definitely charged). Even if they aren’t 100% sure what their purpose actually is, I would also think that in a lot of ways they might feel pulled towards it anyway (toward this purpose). -This person has Mercury, Mars, and the South Node conjunct the Galactic Anti-Center in the 5th House. That’s quite a few things conjunct the GaC, which makes me think that these planets (and the South Node) probably do sustain some damage, though since there are multiple things conjunct the GaC it feels like the damage might be dispersed among the three things. The South Node is what is closest to the GaC via conjunction, so the South Node does seem like it probably takes the most damage. The 3rd House with Aries on the cusp, the 5th House with Gemini on the cusp, and the 10th House with Scorpio on the cusp (if you use traditional rulership or use traditional rulership with modern rulership) will all bend to Mercury, Mars, the 5th House and the GC (meaning the GC will amplify/distort/charge/etc. the way that these house bend to their planetary rulership. –Now THIS begs some other questions from a past life perspective because of the South Node being involved. Does the South Node conjunct the GaC indicate some kind of previous life damage (I guess it could)? Or could it be pointing to not being able to clearly see or feel how the South Node functions (and thus maybe having a harder time seeing where they “come from” from a previous lifetime lens)? This also seems possible. Mars and Mercury are also here, and it makes me think that while they are very in-tune with the GC energy (they are both out of bounds – I forgot to mention this in the video), I do wonder if they are felt in the way that they should be felt from a previous lifetime perspective (and what we carry with us from our previous lifetime into this lifetime does help us to figure out where to “go” in this lifetime – it all needs to be understood). So I could see something happening here that while this person is very geared to the GC and probably feels a strong calling to something per soul mission stuff, fleshing out how Mercury and Mars play into the equation might be harder (or being able to see them from a previous lifetime lens to work through what needs to be worked through to move them towards the North Node entirely). I don’t want to get too personal, lol, but that’s what this feels like here (or what could be going on here….or going on at some previous point in their lifetime). -This person has 3 things trine the GC/sextile the GaC and those are the Descendant, the Moon, and Pluto. While any of those could function as a translator for the GC and a grounding force for the GaC, my first choice for them to work with in this way would be the Moon since it is a personal/inner planet. With the Moon being so close to the Descendant, any parts of their shadow side (per the Descendant) that involve emotions will need to be understood for the Moon to function as a translator and a grounding force the way I think it can (those things will need to be explored for sure, though). Once those Moon/Descendant issues are understood, this person’s emotions are probably an incredibly powerful translator. They could most definitely work with Pluto, too – and having Pluto here is interesting. –Pluto functions similarly to the South Node (among also doing other Pluto shit, lol). So, while the part of their past per the South Node in the 5th House may not be as well understood (or how these themes might play out in their life this time around), Pluto probably is better understood, and really, it’s probably THROUGH Pluto that this person is able to get in touch with what they need to learn about their most recent previous lifetime in order to move forward in this lifetime (it kind of grounds any shocking that the South Node takes on in this lifetime, or even has taken on, from a previous lifetime and maybe clarifies things). It also seems like regeneration is probably a big deal with how this person translates their mission down to Earth best of all – almost like regenerating the understanding of the South Node through Pluto (and I do think that it might be kind of like they needed to pick up in this lifetime where they left off in the last one – this is what I mean by regenerative). They just need to remember where they left off to get to where they wanted to be.

Hopefully you both get the idea, though. And for everyone else reading this stuff, hopefully you get the idea, too, just in a less personal way.

I wanted to type up something quickly about the Super Galactic Center, to at least acknowledge its presence. I wasn’t really going to even get into the Super GC yet, but I felt like it was time for it to be mentioned, especially with more people asking when squares to the GC will be explored. The Super GC ties into the squares with the GC because of where it is located in the chart – right now it is at 2-degrees Libra. This is within the window of orb that I would be looking at for squares to the GC. The Super GC does appear to move more quickly than the GC does – for instance, when I was born in November 1987, the Super GC was at 29-Virgo (so that it does seem to move more quickly than the GC does, which was between 26 & 27-degrees Sagittarius for most of the 20th Century).
To pull the super GC in your chart, go to astro.com and create your natal chart. Then go to “extended chart selection.” Once there, go down to where it says “additional objects” and find the “list of fixed stars” (and click on it). Go down the list until you get to the G’s and find the option listed as “Gal.Pole, GPol” and pick it. Then pull your chart again and you will see where the Super GC is in your chart.
The notion of the Super GC existing, and how to read it alongside the GC in our galaxy (or even if it should be read alongside the GC of our galaxy) definitely has me thinking and theorizing and trying to make sense of shit. This is why I’m hesitant to start looking at the squares to the GC since those most definitely beg questions about the Super GC and how to integrate this into the mix (since planets, etc. that conjunct the Super GC and square the GC that happen to fall in Virgo and Libra would definitely be impacted here). It also begs the question of something like a Super Galactic Anti-Center – does something like this exist? I figure SOMETHING must exist opposite the Super Galactic Center, but I can’t find anything about that (though, to be fair, I haven’t done a substantial amount of searching on that subject yet). For these reasons, the squares might be the last piece of the GC puzzle that I’ll be looking at (I’m not 100% firm on this, but I could see it playing out this way).
There are also questions about HOW to even READ and WEAVE the Super GC into all of this to begin with. The Super GC isn’t even in this galaxy which makes me wonder if it should be read alongside the GC at all (or incorporated in a different way). THIS is DEEP SPACE astrology shit and I’m trying to make sense of exactly how to incorporate it into regular chart reading. I mean, the GC is part of OUR galaxy so it does make sense to incorporate it into regular chart reading. The Super GC though? I almost get the sense that while it can be read in the natal chart like other things in our galaxy, it might signify something else all together as well. What that is? Lol I have some theories but nothing super firm yet. -My friend Chris made the comment a while back that, perhaps, the Galactic Center of our galaxy is like an umbilical cord to something (other dimensions, other realms, The Creator itself, etc.). This got me thinking in terms of the Super GC, and that maybe the GC of our Galaxy is like the umbilical cord that ties us to the Super Galactic Center of the metagalaxy (and the metagalaxy/super cluster of galaxies has been given the name Laniakea.) -If we think about it THIS way (the way mentioned above), then maybe the GC is tied to the Super GC, but they are almost on different “planes” or “levels” or something? Like while maybe they can be read together, they do need to be separated in some way (since one is in our galaxy and the other is in the metagalaxy and so far from our galaxy). -Even if they aren’t separated by way of the chart, and both the GC and the Super GC are read together, I think it might be important to think about the Super GC as if it exists “somewhere else,” even if reading it alongside everything in the chart. I’m still trying to make sense of exactly HOW I’m thinking about this, lol.
I have the knee jerk inclination to think that stuff conjunct the Super GC is probably important on it’s own (regardless if someone has anything also conjunct the GC or not). As I have mentioned before, I do think people who have GC conjunctions (or even oppositions, or BOTH) probably are more tuned into the GC, albeit in different ways depending on what the contacts are. I might think that conjunctions to the Super GC function in the same way – making the person more “galactically inclined” in the way that conjunctions to the GC seem to function. I wouldn’t be surprised if the galactic links are a little different (and maybe even a little further OUT into deep space) when you see conjunctions to the Super GC. This will all have to be fleshed out further over time, but yeah, I do think stuff conjunct the Super GC is probably really important. And the squares between stuff conjunct the GC and the Super GC seem like they would be incredibly important – really pushing the person to embrace their galactic inclinations, perhaps?
I decided to look at how many people in the Galactic Center research so far have squares to the GC. Even though I’m not sure exactly HOW the oppositions to the Super GC function, I’m including them in this tally, too. I’m not really sure what to do WITH this tally, lol, but I figure “what the hell – let’s see anyway.” -Just for reference, I would be looking for anything conjunct the super GC within 10-degrees applying or separating. Same thing for the opposition to the Super GC (I know that mother fucker means something). -I came back with 53% of participants of the research so far having SOMETHING conjunct the Super GC in Virgo/Libra. -I came back with 48% of participants of the research so far having SOMETHING conjunct what MIGHT be like the Super Galactic Anti-Center. –Keep in mind that all of these people also have GC conjunctions and/or oppositions. –Both of these findings definitely make me want to dip my feet into this sooner than later, hahahahaha.
In this blog post, I am going to play around with a couple of charts to explain how to MAYBE use the GC in chart weaving and the important pieces of the “Galactic Center Puzzle” in each of these charts that would want to be considered if you were to read the chart through the lens of the GC. I’m not really sure if “reading the chart through the lens of the GC” is the right way to put that, but since I’m still learning how to incorporate this shit myself, breaking the chart down via the lens of the GC feels most “correct” to say (and then weaving that shit back together). **Here is the video that goes along with this blog post for all you that would rather watch than read** **I also went into some of this without chart visuals in my last blog post**
I will not be going over either of the charts in completion – just kind of pointing out exactly what should be looked at when reading from the lends of the GC.
Chart No. 1
This chart belongs to someone I know pretty well (or, lol, I think I know pretty well…..but you can think you know someone well all day long and not really know them at all – that’s another discussion for another day hahahaha I digress). Anywho, as you can see, they have the GC in the 9th House and Neptune is conjunct the GC within a couple of degrees. Their Mars and Jupiter are also within the window of orb that is being looked at for conjunctions as well, but since Neptune is the closest to the GC this will be the planet that is probably the most impacted BY the GC (getting a good majority of it’s “downloads” or it’s energy or whatever). This will also cause the GC to influence the way the 9th House areas of life play out for them (warped, charged, amplified, distorted, etc.). Things to consider here when reading: -Their 12th House, with Pisces on the cusp, will BEND to Neptune and the GC in the 9th. This causes 12th House notions (like spirituality, escape, self-sabotage, and other 12th House notions) to BEND to 9th House notions (like religion, metaphysics, travel of the mind and body, expansion, higher learning, and other 9th House notions). The GC will give an amplification/warping/charge to the things from the 12th House that bend to the 9th House. You would probably want to do the same thing with the 1st House (since Aries is on the cusp and ruled by Mars) and the 8th House (since Scorpio is on the cusp and ruled by Mars via traditional rulership…if you use traditional rulership). The 9th House will bend to itself since Sagittarius is on the 9th House cusp and Jupiter is in this house (and really, feel like it would amplify this house even more). ALL of these houses that dispose of themselves to the planets conjunct the GC will have the GC influencing the way that they BEND to the planet involved. -I didn’t post the declinations, but Mars and Jupiter are both out of bounds. Being close to the GC seems like it would charge these planets even more (spoiler alert: with this person it does). -This person has no conjunctions to the Galactic Anti-Center (GaC). While there is no planet there to take the impact from the shocking that I do think happens here, this part of the chart is still acting a lightning rod – meaning that part of the chart is getting zapped from something like the overflow from the GC. In this case, the GaC is in the 3rd House. If you knew this person the way that I do, you would know that areas of life dealing with communication are a real Achilles Heel. This person thinks they communicate well (but they don’t – this isn’t just with me, either, but just in general). Up until recently this person would not have admitted this (they may have been blinded to just what the issues actually were, and may still be blinded to some of them today) . The 3rd House areas of life do sustain “damage” (this isn’t just in this person’s case, but the GaC in everyone’s chart will probably sustain some damage just due to the energy overflow that occurs from the GC, shooting over to the GaC). -This person doesn’t not have Jupiter Rx (or Mercury Rx) -This person has no trines to the GC. The Ascendant is CLOSE to being a trine, but a little too far out of orb for me to count. -As I’ve mentioned before, when there are no trines, I think this makes Jupiter and Mercury very important to the translation of the stuff needing to be brought down to Earth from the GC – whatever exactly that is, and this seems like it’s a little different for everyone. This person’s drives, creativity, and beliefs are going to be charged here (among other Neptune, Mars and Jupiter things), and if they aren’t translated well it doesn’t seem like much could be done with this energy. Since they are also sextile the GaC, the trines/sextiles help to ground the lightning strikes to the GaC. Jupiter and Mercury FEEL like they could act as de-facto translator and grounder in the absence of the trine/sextile to the GC just in general. –In this person’s case, since Jupiter is conjunct the GC (and already absorbing some of the GC energy), I feel instinctively like Mercury is probably the planet to look at here since it isn’t involved with the GC. There Mercury is already a little difficult since Mercury (what needs to be expressed here is communication and other Mercury things) is conjunct the Descendant (and the Descendant is like the shadow side of a person – the parts of you that you might know exist but don’t really want to deal with). It makes sense that this person would actually know that they might not be the greatest at communicating (perhaps they want to be pleasing when they do this, or perhaps they function from one of the Libra darksides (like apathy) when they communicate), but since it’s conjunct the Descendant it might get “ignored”. For this person to understand their own Mercury like the back of their hand (which is also more difficult since it is combust the Sun) just feels really important to be able to even BEGIN to translate all the energy at the GC.
Chart No. 2
This chart belongs to me – the only reason I’m using it here is because I don’t have to ask clearance to use my own chart lol. As you can see, the GC is in my 1st House, with Venus and Uranus within a degree of the GC. Saturn and Neptune are within the window of orb that is being looked at, but for this blog post I’m going to leave Neptune out of the equation (I’ve never really counted it as conjunct the GC, personally). This will cause the GC to amplify/warp/charge/intensify the way that I express myself naturally, the way that I approach the world, and other 1st House things. Some stuff to consider when reading from the lens of the GC: -The 2nd House with Capricorn on the cusp, the 3rd House with Aquarius on the cusp, the 6th House with Taurus on the cusp, and the 11th House with Libra on the cusp will all bend to Saturn, Uranus and Venus respectively (and the 1st House and the GC) – these different areas of life by house feed the GC, essentially (for lack of better term). -I didn’t post the declinations, but Venus and Uranus are out of bounds. The Moon is OOB, too, but the Moon is too far out of orb to be considered conjunct the GC at 16-degrees Capricorn. -Chiron is opposite the GC and conjunct the GaC in the 7th House in Gemini. This makes Chiron the real lightning rod here. The whole area opposite the GC functions this way, but when you see a planet, Chiron, a Major Angle, the North or South Nodes (and probably other things that haven’t been looked at yet in the research) conjunct the GaC, this planet (et. al) is going to take a majority of the impact from the lightning strikes from the GC. This probably makes my Chiron more damaged than I’m even aware of (and I am aware there is damage there – I just probably don’t realize how much). This will manifest in 7th House areas of life (close relationships). I think people can probably fill in other gaps lol with Chiron in the 7th House. There -Jupiter is trine the GC in the 4th House in Aries and it is also Rx. Having Jupiter Rx probably does tune me in to the GC, and having it trine the GC probably does allow the stuff that is “downloaded” or charged from the GC to come down to Earth. The stuff from the GC that needs to come “down to Earth” will use Jupiter as its vehicle to do this – this will come by way of beliefs & truth (and other Jupiter things) through the core of my being, home, family, roots (and other 4th House things) in an independent, pioneering, and/or even aggressive way (among other Aries notions). This makes Jupiter Rx really important in my chart, and I need to understand it like the back of my hand since it is the ONLY planet trine the GC (and able to “do” this translation).
I will probably do some other examples of this if I can get clearance to do so (if anyone wants to volunteer their charts for this purpose, I don’t have to use your name or anything – just a picture of the chart and something short like what I posted above to give some ideas about how to work with the GC energy).
