  • Galactic Center Thoughts part IX or: The FUCKING LIGHTNING ROD

    Fucking badass – Lightning striking 3 buildings in Chicago

    Definition of a Lightning Rod (or Lightning Attractor) – “A metal rod or wire fixed to an exposed part of a building or other tall structure to divert lightning harmlessly into the ground.“

    I wanna talk about lightning rods for just a second (and I promise this will go somewhere in just a second, lol, bear with me). A lightning rod is a protective thing keeps buildings and other structures from being decimated by lightning strikes. Another definition of a lightning rod is “a person or thing that attracts a lot of criticism, especially in order to divert attention from more serious issues or to allow a more important public figure to appear blameless.” In terms of a natal chart, I might tailor this definition just a little bit: |

    “a place in the natal chart that takes the impact from a surge (or even overflow) of energy from another place in the chart.”

    Where the fuck am I going with this? The Galactic Center/Galactic Anti-Center Axis, with the Galactic Anti-Center playing the role of the lightning rod.
    **As an aside – I told myself on the day that I actually started drafting this blog post (July 4, 2021) that if the sky started with it’s lightning and thunder and shit that I was *probably* on some kind of semblance of the right track. And what the fuck do ya know? LIGHTNING! Fire in the sky ^_^**

    In the last blog post about Out of Bounds Planets and their possible connection to the Galactic Center (since OOB planets feel like they have a similar energy to the GC), I mentioned a quote from Julian Assange that I am going to re-mention here because it REALLY got me thinking A LOT about the GC, and specifically the Galactic Anti-Center aka GaC (these next two “paragraphs” (the quote and the paragraph of text after it) are taken from my last blog post verbatim. This quote comes from a 2010 interview for Anorak News that he gave talking about WikiLeaks and his role in it):

    “We always expect tremendous criticism. It is my role to be the lightning rod….to attract the attacks against the organization for our work, and that is a difficult role. On the other hand, I get undue credit.”

    The notion of him being a “lightning rod” is interesting here – or rather the notion of the area opposite the GC (the area that composes the GaC) being a hypothetical “lightning rod” of sorts. The area opposite the GC being one that is struck and charged by the GC, but by way of taking the hit from the GC (perhaps, so everything around the GC, planets there or not, isn’t completely decimated). It kind of gives another flavor to how I’ve talked about the GaC being an area where we are “blinded” due to the bright ass star that is close to the GaC in space. Maybe it’s not just the blinding from that star – maybe the area across from the GC is also the area where the “lightning” from the GC strikes – and lightning is bright as fuck, too. Without a planet conjunct the GC, though, and just a planet opposite the GC (planet conjunct the GaC), there is nothing conjunct the GC to kind of “absorb” some of the charge – meaning the fucking lightning striking a planet conjunct the GaC (without a planet conjunct the GC, too) feels like it would be massive.

    When I read that quote above (and this sounds fucking stupid lol) but it was almost like lightning stuck me and I fucking UNDERSTOOD HOW the Galactic Anti-Center functions (or…errrr….how I THINK it MIGHT function). I realize that Assange wasn’t talking AT ALL about the GaC when he made that comment (he was talking about himself being like a lightning rod for WikiLeaks), but looking at his chart and his own connections to the GC (he has Venus conjunct the GaC), I started making this lightning rod connection with the GaC …. and goddamn – feels like it fits. Here is a picture of his chart again so you can have a visual of what I’m talking about:

    As you can see, he has nothing conjunct the GC, but he does have Venus opposite the GC/Venus conjunct the GaC. Here, the GaC and Venus function as the “lightning rod” for all of the energy of the GC. Regardless if someone has a planet conjunct the GC or not, the GC is STILL a player in the person’s chart (there is just such a massive amount of energy and charge around the GC, it feels like it matters in the chart regardless of if there is a planet conjunct the GC or not), which also makes the GaC a player in the chart, too. In his particular case, with nothing conjunct the GC to kind of transmute or absorb some of the energy from the GC, the energy absolutely has to “strike” somewhere else. This, I think, is where the GaC comes into play. This part of the actual sky is much more calm than the GC, which already makes it a perfect sort of place to get struck by this hypothetical lightning. Yes, it’s surrounded by space dust and it’s near a very bright and blinding star in space, but things are “calm” there …. which makes it seem that it would be even more “vulnerable” to the notion of it being a lightning rod in the first place. He also doesn’t have a planet or tangible body in the sky sextile the GaC or trine the GC. You know how I’ve mentioned before that the area sextile the GaC and trine the GC (from roughly 16-degrees Leo to 6-degrees Virgo and 16-degrees Aries to 6-degrees Taurus) is where the GC stuff can be brought “down to Earth.” Yeah, that makes even more sense in this context, especially since lightning rods have to be GROUNDED to the Earth. The grounding for the lightning rod in this case is the sextile to the GaC and the trine to the GC. Astrologically, it feels like Assange was left “wide open.” Yes, he has his Midheaven sextile the GaC, but this isn’t a tangible body in the sky (and the Sun, the planetary ruler of his Midheaven, does fuck all regarding the GC/GaC Axis).

    I really do think that the area around the GaC is the lightning rod (or something LIKE a lightning rod) for all the energy that the GC can’t “take” (for whatever reason). This also kind of goes along with the idea that I’ve mentioned in some videos and some of my other blog posts that the GC is “protected” (along with any planets conjunct the GC being “protected” as well). The GC DEFINITELY transforms/mutates/changes/charges the planets that are conjunct it, but it doesn’t destroy them (energy can’t be “destroyed” anyway). Because there is SO MUCH energy going on at the GC, it seems like there would be an overflow OF energy, regardless if you had planets conjunct the GC or not (though, I’m thinking right now, the overflow of energy would probably be greater for people who have no conjunctions to the GC but have a planet or something major conjunct the GaC, since in this case the area around the GaC AND the planet would function as the lightning rod). Just to be clear, though, I think the GaC will function like a lightning rod regardless if there is a planet conjunct it or not (this notion of a lightning rod just seems amplified if there is a planet conjunct the GaC).

    Let’s talk for a second about people that have NO planets conjunct the GC or the GaC – how might this axis function? Regardless if you have planets conjunct these places in the chart or not, you still have the GC in your chart which emits a shit ton of energy in the house which it falls. This might mean that there is a lot of “energy” in the house that the GC falls (and this energy might be kind of “weird”), or the way that you relate to the areas of life that this house deals with might be kind of “charged,” or “weird”. The overflow from this “charge” then strikes the area conjunct the GaC and completely rocks it’s quiet little part of space. Not only is one *maybe* kind of blinded or unclear about the areas of life where the GaC falls, but it is also left vulnerable to this energy surge from the GC (and is completely NOT expecting this). Where the GaC falls by house, you might find that the houses “areas of life” are susceptible to shocks and “upsets” that seem to take it by surprise. The GaC still feels like it would function as this hypothetical lightning rod even if there isn’t anything conjunct the GC or the GaC. This may or may not be as noticeable for people who have no planets conjunct either the GC or the GaC – I’m on the fence about how much it would be felt if you didn’t have any planets or anything major along the GC/GaC axis. I’m thinking, though, that something would still have to be felt SOMETIMES (even if not all the time). I would also venture to bet that people who have no planets conjunct the GC or GaC, but have the “grounding” needed (a planet trine the GC/sextile the GaC), might feel the energy from the GC/GaC axis more and might even have an easier time grounding the energy/doing something with it.

    Lets say you have someone who has planets conjunct the GC, but no planet conjunct the GaC…how would this function? So in this case, hypothetically, you would have the planet conjunct the GC “absorbing” a lot of the GC energy (lighting it the fuck up). It still probably wouldn’t absorb ALL the energy, though, and in comes the lightning strikes to the GaC. Even without a planet conjunct the GaC, the GaC is still an attractor for these lightning strikes, meaning the house where the GaC falls will take the impact. It does seem like without an actual planet as the attractor, the entire house where the GaC falls would take the impact. How exactly does this translate? I could see there being issues in a lot of the areas of life in the house where the GaC falls. With no planet or other major planetary body to take the hit of the lightning strike, I could see this leaving the person not really knowing WHAT to do about the shock (or hell, they might not even be aware as much about how MUCH these areas of their life actually take “hits” to begin with). What probably helps the translation of this is having the “grounding” sextile to the GaC/trine to the GC (and planet conjunct the GC), though these people might not be as clear that there is anything they need to “ground” in the first place (which seems like it *could* cause a whole host of issues). While that planet (and area) conjunct the GC might be protected, they are left wide open where the GaC is found in the chart.

    Then there are people who have BOTH conjunctions to the GC and conjunctions to the GaC. In this case, you have the planet conjunct the GC “absorbing” the GC energy (and “protected”), but again, there is so much energy with the GC that the lightning will strike somewhere else. In comes the planet conjunct the GaC to function as a clear attractor for the energy surge. While the planet conjunct the GC might be protected, that planet conjunct the GaC feels like it would take a massive fucking hit (meaning, for people who have something like this going on in their charts, the planet conjunct the GaC may function as sort of Achilles Heel of the chart). This is kind of where the feeling of polarity comes into play, too – the planet and area of life where the GC falls may be more understood by the person (even if it isn’t “easy,” it is understood), whereas the planet opposite the GC gets constantly fucked up the ass (and that planet and area of life may leave the person constantly feeling dumbfounded or “stupid” about what’s going on there). This feels like it would be made incredibly difficult if the person is lacking the trine to the GC/sextile to the GaC to ground the lightning strikes down to Earth. Not that it’s that much easier for the person with the trine to the GC/sextile to the GaC, but at least when the person has these, they have a way to ground the shocks to the GaC.

    Will be looking into this even more…..stay tuned.

  • Galactic Center Thoughts part VIII

    Fucking Magnificent

    Here is the video I made about the GC in the 1st through 6th Houses, for all of you that are interested (and watchers rather than readers). Here is the video for the GC in the 7th through 12th Houses.

    I wanted to type something up about some thoughts on the GC in the different houses – taking the conjunctions to the GC and everything else that has been the focus of the research off of the table for just a second. Regardless if someone has conjunctions to the GC, Jupiter RX, conjunctions to the Galactic Anti-Center, and/or trines to the GC (or some other things that I’ve mentioned), the GC still feels like it would be important in the chart. Since the Earth orbits the Sun, and the Sun orbits the GC, it seems fundamental to the chart, regardless of if the planets in your chart make any of the GC contacts I’ve gone on about in other blog posts and videos or not. . How might the GC/GaC axis function in your own chart just taking the houses into account? Let’s take a look at some possibilities, keeping the below in mind as you read:


    **Keep in mind that these are more general ideas and you would want to take the whole chart into account. These will probably need to be tailored some for the particular chart that you are looking at. Just use these to get your own creativity going for ideas and for synthesis.


    **Keep the notion of the GC being a massive charge of energy in mind when thinking about the house where the GC falls. My theory is that the house where the GC falls in the chart, in some way, probably feels energetically charged. Is this conscious or not, “easy” or “challenging,” etc.? That would depend on the whole chart in question. You could also end up with someone who feels that the energy is sucked from the house where the GC falls, too (I could totally see that happening in some cases).


    **Keep the notion of the GaC being a blinding (or blinded) force, one where maybe we can’t see the areas of life by the House the GaC falls in “correctly” due to this blinding, or clearly due to all the space dust going clouding things (there is a lot of space dust and bullshit around the GaC in space). It also seems possible that there could be some issues in this house’s areas of life but the person may “pretend” (either on purpose or not) that everything is fine. Also keep in mind that the GaC may take an overflow (or something like it) of the energy from the GC in the chart, which might “shock” and “upset” this area of life (though this probably allows the person to see these areas of life more clearly when the “shocks” occur). DO they actually choose to keep seeing them clearly? That’s a whole other discussion, lol.


    **You would also want to take note of where Jupiter is in the chart (regardless of if it is retrograde or direct). Where Jupiter falls in the chart (by sign, house, and aspects) will give one a better idea of HOW much the person might be aware of the GC energy in their life and what other area of life the GC will bestow it’s power to (since Jupiter is the planetary ruler of Sagittarius, which is where the GC falls).


    **If you happen to be someone who has the GC on the boundary of a house cusp, you could read the GC as if it was in BOTH houses (though I probably wouldn’t do this unless the GC was on the house cusp involving a major angle – the 1st House, the 4th House, the 7th House, or the 10th House).

    **I have never once said the GC is universally good or bad, or easy or challenging. Keep that in mind, too.

    1. The First House/ Seventh House Axis

    Galactic Center in the 1st House might cause someone to be personally connected with the GC (they may not realize this, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some kind of amplified sense of being connected to the GC, or at least an “understanding” of the energy of the GC). The person might be kind of weird or unorthodox (or have a weird/unorthodox approach to themselves, the way they present themselves, their physical body, and other 1st House “areas of life”). This person feels like their sense of who they are would just have a shit ton of energy behind it. This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 7th House. This person may feel a sense of “blinding” or some lack of clarity in the areas of life dealing with one-on-one close relationships (of any variety). There might be even be “shocks” or “upsets” that seem to hit them out of the blue, out of nowhere in these area’s of life, too. Depending on how close the GaC is to the Descendant, you might also have the person be kind of blinded, un-clear, or even “shocked” by the shadow side of themselves.

    Galactic Center in the 7th House might cause someone to have one-on-one relationships (of any variety) that seem to be GC charged in some way. The relationships might be a little different or weird, and they may attract this into their lives (whether they like it or not). They might also have an interesting relationship with the shadow side of themselves if the GC is close to the Descendant (they might be strangely familiar with the shadow side’s energy, even if they try to ignore or deny this). There is probably a lot of energy surrounding this area of their life in some way. This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 1st House. This person may feel that they are personally blinded by things about themselves (perhaps due to all the energy of the GC focused on the house that deals with close relationships), or even just being generally not as clear about who they are and how they react naturally to the world around them (but there will probably be things that come to pass that kind of “shock” them into knowing who they are).

    **The Second House/Eighth House Axis**

    Galactic Center in the 2nd House might cause someone to have a “different” or “charged” relationship with their money and with their resources. They might have the same kind of relationship with their concepts of self-esteem, self-value, and perhaps even the things that they value are a little more unorthodox in nature. There is probably energy is that is put towards this houses areas of life, and the person may or may not do this on purpose. This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 8th House. This person may feel a sense of “blinding” or some lack of clarity surrounding the values and resources of other people, or even things regarding sex and sexuality, psychological processes, and the deep soul merging that happens between two people. Since the 8th House is also like the bridge between the deeply conscious 4th House and the unconscious 12th House, it could be that there might be a real blinding to things that go IN the place between the conscious and the unconscious.

    Galactic Center in the 8th House might cause someone to have a “different” or “charged” relationship with the place between the conscious and unconscious parts of them. The same could also be said about psychological processes, sex/sexuality, other people’s resources and values, and the deep soul merging that happens between two people. There is probably a shit ton of energy there, but since we’re talking about the 8th House, this does feel like one of the more difficult places to be able to access the GC energy to one’s benefit. Where Jupiter falls in this person’s chart will probably be very important for them to access it “out-loud” (depending on where Jupiter falls and what it’s doing, obviously). This puts the Galactic Anti-Center in the 2nd House. This person may feel a sense of blinding or lack of clarity about their own self worth (this seems like it’s probably the biggest deal here, to be honest). There might also be issues with their resources, their money, and even knowing what they really value. There will probably be shocks that happen in life to force them to see these things more clearly.

    **The Third House/Ninth House Axis**

    Galactic Center in the 3rd House might cause someone to have an unorthodox and/or charged relationship with the way that they communicate, the way that they learn, and the way that take in information. They are probably aware (at at least a little bit) to there being some differences in these areas between themselves and other people. Their perception of things might also be a little different than the general population. This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 9th House. This person may feel kind of blinded to the understanding of the bigger picture on a macro level, and they might even feel rather blinded by their belief and the way that they seek their personal truth (or there might be something “blinding” about these things). There could even be some shocks and upsets that happen in these areas, kind of forcing these people to question their truth (and other 9th House notions) often.

    Galactic Center in the 9th House might cause someone to have a strange or charged relationship to the way that they see the big picture, and with the way that they understand and assimilate things. They could also have an interesting relationship with religion and metaphysics, higher education, and with how they believe in things and seek truth. It feels like there would be a bunch of energy surrounding these notions. This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 3rd House. This person might feel kind of blinded about the micro level (seeing things in a “smaller” context), and there could even be something blinding or unclear about how they perceive things in life. “Regular” (lol, whatever that is) communication may not be the easiest thing for these people to do. There will probably be shocks that happen in this person’s life that kind of force them to see what they aren’t seeing in these areas of life.

    **The Fourth House/Tenth House Axis**

    Galactic Center in the 4th House might cause someone to have a different or charged relationship with the concept of who they are at their core (and this is probably amplified if the GC is conjunct the IC). There might be a whole bunch of energy surrounding notions of home or family (though depending on the rest of the chart, this might be “easy” or “challenging”). I would think that like those with the GC in the 1st House, people with the GC in the 4th are also very aware and in-tune with the GC energy (though unlike the 1st House GC person, the 4th House GC person may be more private about this). This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 10th House. This person might feel a blinding or lack of clarity when it comes to their professional/public life – such as things having to do with their career, their public presence, their reputation, and their social status. They probably go through shocks during their lives that try to make them aware of 10th House areas of life in a more clear way.

    The Galactic Center in the 10th House might cause someone to have a weird or charged relationship with the concept of who they are in the public spheres of life (and this is probably amplified if the GC is conjunct the MC). There is probably a whole bunch of energy surrounding things dealing with career, public presence, and reputation (though it really would depend on the whole chart as to if this is “easy” or “challenging”). The public could be more aware of the GC energy in these people than the person is aware of it (or I could see that happening here). This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 4th House. This person might be rather blinded or unclear about things regarding the core of themselves, and even things dealing with notions of family and home (what these actually mean to the person). They probably go through some shocks during their lives that beg them to see the 4th House in a clearer way.

    –Along this axis, I also want to mention that there could be *something* going on with the concept of a person’s parents. I feel like you can see the parents of the person in BOTH the 4th & 10th Houses, not necessarily assigning one house for one parent and the other house for the other parent. This may not be the case across the board – if you have the GC in the 4th or 10th House, your parents may not be involved at all, but I certainly wouldn’t rule it out as a possibility.

    **The Fifth House/Eleventh House Axis**

    The Galactic Center in the 5th House might cause someone to have a charged relationship with creatively being able to express themselves. There might also be a charge or weirdness to things like risk taking, to the hobbies that you have, and even to the way that you “play” and have fun. If you have any children, the relationship with your children may be a little different as well. There just feels like there would be a lot of energy (created or spent) in these areas of life. This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 11th House. This might cause there to be a blinding or a lack of clarity about how to express yourself in groups of people and with your friends. There could also be a blinding when it comes to what long-term goals you should be going after (or what your long-term goals are in the first place). My guess is that there would be shocks or upsets that happen in the areas of life which this house deals that kind of make the person aware of what they aren’t seeing clearly.

    The Galactic Center in the 11th House might cause someone to have a charged relationship with how they handle themselves in social situations, with friends, and in terms of social causes. A lot of energy probably goes into the above, along with long-term goals. The person might have the ability to really make an impact in a big way regarding other people. This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 5th House. There might be some blinding about how the person can creatively express themselves independent of groups, friends, and social causes. It could also make it unclear what this person actually enjoys doing for hobbies and how they “play.” The relationship with their children may also be a little blinded or unclear in some way. There would probably be shocks that happen in the 5th House areas of life to kind of wake the person up to what isn’t being seen clearly in this house.

    **The Sixth House/Twelfth House Axis**

    The Galactic Center in the 6th House might cause someone to have different or charged relationship with their health (either/or physical & mental health) – really health is the first thing that comes to mind here. I would also think that this same charge exists with daily life and routine in general, along with the work that they do and the way that they “serve.” This would put the Galactic Anti-Center in the 12th House. I might think that with the GaC in this house, the person might be even more blinded to/by their unconscious, or it just might be even less clear than it usually is. They might not see the ways that they escape or the ways that they imprison themselves in the unconscious. There are probably shocks that occur that, at least briefly, to jolt some of this shit closer to a conscious viewpoint. They should grab these opportunities when they happen and run with them.

    The Galactic Center in the 12th House might cause someone to have the unconscious parts of them highly fucking charged. Do they feel this clearly – probably not (this one, like having the GC in the 8th House, feels like it would be difficult). The person might have a strange relationship with notions of escape and “imprisonment,” but I might also think that they have a much stronger psychic-like charge than they realize (and this should be trusted if it isn’t). This puts the Galactic Anti-Center in the 6th House. This person may have some blinding or lack of clarity to the way that they need to actually function in the real, physical world. They may not see things like routine, service, and even the work that they do (or should do) clearly enough. There might be shocks that happen to them in their daily life that beg them to see these areas a little more clearly.

  • Galactic Center Thoughts part VII

    In some of the videos that I’ve made about the Galactic Center, and even in some of the blog posts I’ve done about the GC, I have made comments about the GC having a similar feeling that Out of Bounds (OOB) planets have. OOB Planets have a Uranian flavor to them, probably due to the nature of the OOB planet not being under the domain of the Sun anymore (the orbit of the OOB planet is beyond that of Earth’s orbit with the Sun). This makes the planet function in a more wild, unusual, or unpredictable manner – and really, with OOB planets, you can end up with the genius, with the renegade, with the unorthodox, and even sheer madness. The way the OOB planet will “go” isn’t as “set” as planets that aren’t OOB – sometimes it kind of feels like a coin toss. The chart itself will probably give clues as to HOW this planet ends up functioning, but even then the OOB planet can be kind of a wild card. There is also a sense about the planets that fall OOB and not “knowing any bounds.” Planets that are OOB don’t tend to let things limit them- a planet in bounds knows what it’s limits are and typically sticks to those. OOB planets, on the other hand, don’t stick to any limits that are “imposed” on them. It’s this notion of not “doing” the limit thing, and of the “changing” of the way the planet functions, that feels very GC-ish to me. The GC definitely seems to “change” planets that it comes in contact with (specifically the conjunctions and the oppositions). IF the GC is actually the source of all creation, a lifeline to other dimensions (and maybe even to aliens and shit ^_^), then the GC is limitless in a similar kind of way to OOB planets. The GC feels like it knows no limits – we don’t even KNOW where that mother fucker goes on the other side (that in and of itself feels pretty fucking limitless). I mean, really take a minute and THINK about that. WE DON’T KNOW WHERE THIS MOTHER FUCKER ENDS OR WHAT IS ON THE OTHER SIDE! Am I the only one who gets a fucking thought boner about that? I can’t be, right?

    I have a couple of blog posts here and here (and a video here) that go into more detail about the logistics of OOB planets (I’m not gunna do that in this post), but I will say that a planet that is considered OOB when it is beyond 23-degrees 26-minutes North and 23-degrees 26-minutes South in declination.

    This is an example from Edward Snowden’s chart from the additional tables on astro.com. The declination portion of the table is circled, as is Mars since it’s OOB.

    In the research that I’ve looked into so far dealing with famous whistleblowers, truth-tellers, and even conspiracy theorists, I have talked about several things in relations to their charts and the GC, but I hadn’t (until now) looked to see what, if any, planets happen to be OOB in their charts. I’m glad I did because there does seem to be a correlation. Thus far I have looked at 14 people in the blog posts and/or videos, and out of the 14 that I’ve looked at, 10 of the people have OOB planets in their chart (this would come in at 71% of people I’ve looked at so far). Here are the people that DO have OOB planets and what planets they are:
    **Edward Snowden – Mars OOB (Mars is conjunct the GaC)
    **Chelsea Manning – Mercury and Uranus OOB (both are conjunct the GC)
    **Jeffrey Wigand – Mercury and Venus OOB (both are loosely conjunct the GC)
    **Erin Brockovich – Venus OOB (conjunct the GaC)
    **Karen Silkwood – Mars and Pluto OOB (neither conjunct the GC or GaC)
    **Bill Cooper – Venus and Pluto OOB (Venus is conjunct the GaC)
    **Donald Trump – Mercury & Pluto OOB (neither is TECHNICALLY in the window of orb that I’m looking at for conjunctions to the GC and the GaC, but fuck me, Mercury’s close to that window)
    **Mark Whitacre (mentioned in a video) – Mars OOB (Mars conjunct the GaC)
    **Colleen Rowley (mentioned in a video) – Mercury OOB (Mercury conjunct the GC)
    **Alexander Litvinenko (mentioned in a video) – Mercury OOB (loosely conjunct the GC using the December 4, 1962 DOB)//Mars OOB (loosely conjunct the GaC using the August 30, 1962 DOB). There are some questions on which date he was actually born.

    As you can can see, a majority of the people actually have the planet that is OOB fucking (conjunct) the GC or the GaC. I don’t think that it has to be this way for the OOB planet to matter (I think OOB planets matter to the GC whether they are fucking the GC (or the GaC) or not just because the energy between OOB planets and the GC feel so similar), but I do think it’s interesting that a lot of these people have their OOB planet (or planets) fucking the GC or the GaC.

    What I also find really interesting are the people that DON’T have OOB planets in their charts and the connections that these people’s charts have to the GC/GaC axis in the first place.

    1. Julian Assange has no planets OOB in his chart. I think this is interesting because he was one of the only people that I looked at that did NOT have ANYTHING conjunct the GC. He has Venus opposite the GC (conjunct the GaC) – so while he does have a GC contact via the opposition, he doesn’t have something fucking the GC. Assange himself made an interesting comment about his own role in Wikileaks (and even, life in general, maybe?) back in 2010 to Anorak News:

      “We always expect tremendous criticism. It is my role to be the lightning rod….to attract the attacks against the organization for our work, and that is a difficult role. On the other hand, I get undue credit.”

      The notion of him being a “lightning rod” is interesting here – or rather the notion of the area opposite the GC (the area that composes the GaC) being a hypothetical “lightning rod” of sorts. The area opposite the GC being one that is struck and charged by the GC, but by way of taking the hit from the GC (perhaps, so everything around the GC, planets there or not, isn’t completely decimated. It kind of gives another flavor to how I’ve talked about the GaC being an area where we are “blinded” due to the bright ass star that is close to the GaC in space. Maybe it’s not just the blinding from that star – maybe the area across from the GC is also the area where the “lightning” from the GC strikes – and lightning is bright as fuck, too. Without a planet conjunct the GC, though, and just a planet opposite the GC (planet conjunct the GaC), there is nothing conjunct the GC to kind of “absorb” some of the charge – meaning the fucking lightning striking a planet conjunct the GaC (without a planet conjunct the GC, too) feels like it would be massive.

    2. Alex Jones and Gary Webb are two people who also have no OOB planets in their chart. I mention them together because they both have the North Node conjunct the GC (Jones ONLY has the North Node conjunct the GC, and Webb has the North Node and Ascendant conjunct the GC). Now, in both cases, we aren’t talking about a tangible body in the sky being conjunct the GC (the North Node is a hypothetical point and the Ascendant is a Cardinal Point/Major Angle/Personal Sensitive Point/whatever term you prefer). The North Node is also something that we don’t come into this world “understanding” or “comfortable” with – our mission is to move into it and understand it (so I think it’s interesting that these two have no OOB planets for this reason). They both have oppositions to the GC (Jones has Saturn and the South Node conjunct the GaC and Webb has the Descendant and South Node conjunct the GaC). This also gives them this “lightning rod” quality – and they both have been lightning rods in different ways (Webb with his writings about the CIA’s involvement with the drug trade to fund the Contras and Jones, well lol, doing what Jones does best).

    3. Frank Serpico is the last of the people that doesn’t have any OOB planets, and his is the one that throws me the most. Now he does HAVE all the other things that I’ve been focusing on in the research – he has a conjunction to the GC (Jupiter), he has Jupiter RX in his natal chart, and he has a trine from the GC to the Sun, Mercury, and Uranus. I was actually kind of surprised that he didn’t have anything OOB considering all the others who DO have conjunctions to the GC seem have OOB planets (this far in the research on these well known people, anyway). Why might this be the case? Well, one thing that I notice is that his North Node is at 6-degrees (or 7-degrees) Capricorn – I mention both degrees since I’ve seen it as both. THIS is a little wide to be considered conjunct the GC, but if the North Node IS at 6-degrees, it would be within the window of orb that I’m looking at for conjunctions (even if wide, it’s there). This would make him more inclined to have been comfortable coming into this world with the energy of the GaC per the loose South Node conjunction, needing to move towards his North Node (though having the push from Jupiter RX to help this happen). I wonder, if like in the case of Jones and Webb, he just wasn’t as acquainted with the GC energy when he made his debut in this lifetime. I do think that this is an interesting correlation, though.

    The Nodes of the Moon can play into having OOB planets – the closer that the North Node is to 0-degrees Aries (and the South Node is to 0-Libra) in a chart, the higher a chance that the person has of having OOB planets. Since my North Node is at 0-Aries, this would probably help to explain why I have 3 OOB planets in my own chart – the Moon, Venus, and Uranus. On the flip side of that, the closer that the North Node is to 0-Libra (and the South Node is to 0-Aries), the less of a chance the person has of having OOB planets. It doesn’t HAVE to go this way, though – not as common, but there are people with their North Node closer to 0-Aries that don’t have any planets OOB and people with their North Node closer to 0-Libra that might have a couple OOB planets. This doesn’t really help to explain the situations with Jones, Webb, and specifically Serpico, since their Nodal Axis is in Gemini/Sagittarius or Cancer/Capricorn.

    I will have to flesh this out even further – but there does seem to be some correlation between the GC and OOB planets people (all 10 of the other people have OOB planets). There also just feels to me that there is a correlation between the GC and OOB energy in general.

    ……and lightning rods. Fuck, now I have lightning rods on my mind.

  • Galactic Center Musings Part VI

    If you are more of a watcher than a reader, here is a youtube video that covers similar stuff

    What exactly IS the truth? Really, think about this question. Because if you really think about it, the truth is a very relative thing to the person who finds something to be true. I only bring this particular notion up since in today’s musings about the Galactic Center, I will be exploring some people who are known for their truth seeking, but not everyone who hears what they have to say (or reads what they write) thinks they are telling the truth (or thinks the truth they are seeking/finding is actually true). Some people think they’re fucking crazy crackpots. Y’all probably already know where I’m going with this, lol.

    Yes – today I will be looking at some well-known “conspiracy theorists” (I fucking hate that term) and correlations with the GC. Why do I hate that term? Because it’s fucking dismissive of anything that questions the official narrative that is sold off to us at the highest dollar. You start asking questions that don’t align with official stance on things, and you’re given the label of “(crazy) conspiracy theorist” to shut you up. Even when the official narrative on things makes NO fucking sense (lolololol like JFK’s assassination and the magic bullet theory?! GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE!! Does anyone actually buy that bullshit still?) I guess if you are the sort to buy that theory, lol, probably just stop reading now – this post will probably just piss you off.
    **Full disclosure: I am *a little bit* of a “conspiracy theorist” myself. No, I don’t subscribe to the “flat Earth” conspiracy theories, nor am I the least bit interested in that dumb ass QANON shit. However, there are most definitely things that should be questioned that we are told to be true. Really, for the type of conspiracy theorist I am, I prefer the term “critical and free thinker.” I don’t think along party lines – we’ll keep it at that (you won’t find an echo chamber here).

    I also want to mention as a disclaimer: These people that I am going to talk about….I don’t necessarily agree with some (or any) of the things that they do or say (or have done and/or said). They just have some GC contacts and are known for “seeking truth” (or being involved in the conspiracy community in some way). Truth seeking, questioning, and ultimately understanding is just VERY GC in nature (or feels that way to me, anyway).

    I also want to bring up quickly, because I know that I have mentioned this before – the GC also seems to function a little like Out of Bound Planets do (or planets, etc. conjunct the GC seem like they *could* be charged in a similar way to Out of Bounds planets). Out of Bounds planets dance to the beat of their own drummer, and can function in a whole myriad of ways – like the genius, like the renegade, like madness, like the weirdo, etc. The way an Out of Bounds planet might function is really dependent on the whole chart and the contacts that the OOB planet makes in the chart. There is a very Uranian flavor to these planets, much in the same way that there is a Uranian flavor to the GC. To me they feel very very similar (or at least SOME kind of similarity).

    The natal chart above belongs to Alex Jones who is a well known conspiracy theorist with his websites infowars.com and prisonplanet.com. He has no time of birth on record, so I have just set the chart to 12 pm (this will work fine for this purpose). Love him or hate him (or don’t know WHAT to make of him), he is well known for “seeking his truth” – along with going on rants about gay frogs and men with demonic mustaches (which, honestly, might be one of the funniest things ever – the mustache rant). He has been correct about some things (exposing Bohemian Grove comes to mind first) and questioning the 9/11 narrative early on (which, lol, absolutely DESERVES to be questioned). He has also said some really atrocious things as well (the shit about Sandy Hook – though, to his credit, he has apologized for this several times….the damage has been done though and I get why people don’t want to let this one of his go – it was pretty atrocious).

    As you can see, he has some GC contacts. He has the North Node conjunct the Galactic Center (this is a fucking tight ass conjunction). His Jupiter is NOT Rx (and he’s also not born under the shadow period) – so I’m not sure HOW much intuition actually plays into him and his seeking for truth. With that North Node in Sag (conjunct the GC), part of his soul mission definitely seems to deal with the quest for truth and understanding, but he might not let intuition guide him enough on this quest like he should (and maybe if he had, he wouldn’t have gone off about some of the things that he has gone off about). There is also a protective element that I have mentioned about Jupiter Rx in relation to charts with GC contacts – having stuff conjunct the GC (both a “charging” element and protective), having Jupiter Rx (intuitive and protective), and having a trine to/from the GC (where GC stuff is translated “down to Earth”) does seem to allow GC inclined people to fair better in their quest for truth and exposing of the truth (or anything related to the GC) than those that are missing one of the before mentioned. Him NOT having Jupiter Rx does seem to cause him to lack the “protection” necessary to make his truth known, and even an intuitive element. When I say “protection” here, I mean he has been slaughtered via the press and pretty much canceled everywhere – that protective element just doesn’t seem to be here in his case. He also has a trine to the GC, Chiron @ 17 Aries 19. This is a wide trine, but is within the window of degrees that I’m looking at right now (roughly 16-degrees Aries to 6-degrees Taurus & 16-degrees Leo to 6-Virgo in his case, or 10-degrees applying/separating from an exact trine with the GC). Chiron trine the GC is interesting because I knee-jerk feel like the “translation” or “bringing the GC stuff” down to Earth would be painful in some way in his case (even if it’s what he’s supposed to do, there does seem to be something “painful” about it just because of Chiron’s involvement). He also has the opposition to the GC (both the South Node and Saturn are opposite the GC/conjunct the Galactic Anti-Center (GaC)), which as I’ve mentioned before seems to make the individual pretty polarizing (having planets BOTH conjunct the GC and conjunct the GaC seems to do this) – and this label of being polarizing definitely fits him well. Just having a planet conjunct the GaC without a conjunction to the GC ALSO seems to make an individual very polarizing as well.



    This natal chart belongs to Donald Trump. Not well known for being a part of the conspiracy community before taking office, while in office he definitely seemed to acquire this label (especially since he kind of egged on the QANON shit…which, by the way, is some of the dumbest conspiracy shit ever and one big giant psy-op). While I’m not personally sure how truthful a lot of what he said actually was (though, lol, HE seemed to think what he was saying was truthful), he did bring some important things to the attention of the people. Specifically here I’m thinking about his “fake news” shit he would say (and probably still does say). Now, I do think THIS part he was on the right track about but he didn’t SAY this correctly. If he would’ve said “ALL news is fake” (and, honestly, to a certain extent I think that is true….media stations are well aware of their bases much like politicians, and deliver the new accordingly), I might have been able to get on board with this one particular thing he would say (not with the rest of the bullshit he did or said, just this particular thing). Instead though, he would call all news fake that wasn’t more conservatively aligned (spoiler alert – that shit is “fake” too) – he needed be calling their asses out too (Fox News and everything like it)…..but he knew intuitively it didn’t serve him to do this (he, too, knew how to pander to his base).

    Let’s talk about Teflon Don’s chart for a second (and this nickname does actually seem to fit him – nothing ever seems to stick to him, and nothing probably will). He has his Moon conjunct the GC along with the South Node. He is VERY well acquainted with the energy of the GC, and even more so since he has Jupiter Rx in his chart. He ALSO has a trine to the GC, Mars @ 26 Leo 48 (which is conjunct his Ascendant). Having all three of these makes me think that he has an element of “protection” (specifically the Jupiter Rx thing and conjunction to the GC) which allows him “safe passage” to seek his “truth” and share his “truth” out with the rest of the world (even if that “truth” isn’t something that is even true….like I mentioned at the start of this article, truth really is relative – I know we’d like to THINK some things are true universally, but that just isn’t the case most of the time). I won’t lie, lol, I find it a little annoying how “protected” he seems to be in this case. He also has planets opposing the GC, the Sun, North Node, and Uranus. This adds the polarization element to his character, which, lol, absolutely fits. Some people really love him, and some people really hate him. Regardless of HOW you feel about him, he definitely questioned things (which, I think, DID cause other people to question things, too, for better or worse – on BOTH sides of the aisle and all the shades of gray in-between that aisle).

    This chart belongs to Bill Cooper, who is known for writing the book “Behold a Pale Horse,” in which he warned of a bunch of different global conspiracies (everything from AIDS, “targeting” of certain races, and aliens). He doesn’t have anything conjunct the GC, but he does have Venus opposite the GC (Venus conjunct the GaC) which gives him the polarization element that I’ve mentioned I think occurs with people who have the oppositions to the GC. He is also NOT born under Jupiter Rx, and lacking BOTH a conjunction to the GC AND Jupiter Rx does make me feel like he lacks the “protection” necessary to be able to bring the GC stuff out into the world via “safe passage.” He DOES have TWO trines to the GC, the Ascendant is trine the GC @ 3 Taurus 46 (it’s wide, but it’s there) AND Venus, the ruler of Taurus, is what is conjunct the GaC/opposite the GC (which seems to “heighten” the GC contact here). He also has a trine from the GC to Chiron @ 23 Leo 07 and the North Node @ 20 Leo 53. These trines give him a way to translate the GC truth seeking down to Earth, but it seems he might not have had the “safe passage” needed to do so, well, safely. Venus being conjunct the GaC (but nothing actually conjunct the GC) seems to charge Venus – but the charge is different with the oppositions to the GC. Planets conjunct the GC feel directly charged, whereas planets opposite the GC also seem charged but not directly (or maybe they ARE directly charged….but they are blinded and “clouded” over with light and space dust). Still trying to figure THAT part of the equation out, lol.
    **I make the safe passage comment here because he actually ended up dying (some people think the circumstances of his death are weird….or rather, some people think the backstory to the reason that he died is weird). He had a warrant out for his arrest for tax evasion, though he claimed this wasn’t the case and he was really being targeted for “exposing” some of the conspiracies that he exposed. He had been evading this warrant, and Apache County Sherrif’s deputies went to his home to arrest him on a completely different charge (something having to do with an aggravated assault – honestly I’m not real clear on the details) and he ended up getting killed the crossfire (while taking down one of the deputies with him). Would it surprise me if he was “targeted” for writing that book? Not in the least. Would it surprise me if he were really paranoid (or something like that)? Not in the least.

  • Galactic Center Thoughts part V

    This week past week has been incredibly difficult. I’m not someone who is really ever “triggered” by shit (my Capricorn Moon & Saturn conjunct my rising don’t really allow me to pay that much attention to anything that actually might trigger me). “Push through it, bitch!” is what my inner monologue will typically say to me. This week, my inner monologue fell very silent (I’m thinking to myself in my head after everything this week “oh yeah? Inner Ellie voice, you ain’t got shit to say, motherfucker!?”) She didn’t. I was looking at my transits for the past week, and while I already knew I have some dumb-ass shit going on (that I would typically prefer to ignore), I noticed that the transit Sun was also conjunct my natal Chiron. This happens once a year, but this year it hit me incredibly hard with all the other dumb ass shit going on transit wise to my chart. This got me thinking a whole hell of a lot about Chiron…and possible tie-in’s between Chiron and the GC. I also think it’s really interesting that when I wasn’t working on work for my clients or spending time with my Son, the one thing that actually helped me not to smash things this past week was writing, talking, and thinking about the GC.

    This post is going to primarily deal with connections (or what feels like connections) between Chiron and the Galactic Center – and it does feel like there is a tie-in between Chiron and the GC *just a little bit* (though I think it’s probably more than just a little bit) – and this tie-in feels like it exists regardless of if the GC makes an aspect with Chiron or not in a natal chart. Obviously, like with everything else, the Chiron/GC connections would probably be stronger in people that actually have Chiron making a contact to the GC, but I do think this connection can be applied just to the energy of the black hole and the asteroid. Natalie and myself talked about this a long while back, that Chiron’s notion of “wounding and healing” seems to jive well with what is known about the GC. Not exactly, I suppose (there are obviously differences), but the notion of transmutation is highlighted with BOTH the GC and Chiron – turning something that is difficult into something that is transformed into another state. I do think the GC can be “difficult,” and we all know that Chiron can be incredibly difficult. It’s a weird thing though, because while I do think the GC can be (and is) difficult, there is almost a *beauty* in the difficulty, kind of like there is almost a *beauty* in the wounding and healing that Chiron deals.

    This is a personal anecdote, but one of the questions on the GC questionnaire is “if you were to visualize the conjunction to your GC in a picture or a phrase, what would that look like. Describe it.”
    -If I were to answer this question, it would be something like this”
    A person is in something like a box – not a full box (the top is open). The walls of the box to the left and the right are closing in on them and they are pushing the walls away from them, using all their strength to do this – to keep from being closed in on. At the same time, a light is either entering them or leaving them (or perhaps both) through the top of their head and illuminates the sky. They are clearly in pain trying to push the walls away, but there is also something divine/ecstatic about the light that is either coming from them or leaving them. Everything about this mental image is pretty dark, but I know the person in this vision is me.
    …..this is what the GC is to me, when I think about the GC. There is pain, but there is also something divine (or something like ecstasy) to it as well.

    So….where do these Chiron connections kind of come from in the first place (other than what was mentioned above)? Let’s talk for a second about the mythology behind Chiron briefly:
    -Chiron was a Centaur, but the most civilized Centaur of the bunch (the rest sound like they were crazy heathens lol). He was a healer, a teacher, a hunter, and well versed in medicine (among other things) thanks to being raised by Apollo and Artemis after being abandoned by his natural parents, Kronos & Philyra. He was also immortal (and differed from the other Centaurs not only in behavior, but also by parentage). One of his half brothers was Zeus/Jupiter (which ties in the GC just a little bit since the GC is in Sagittarius). So, Chiron lives a long life teaching and healing, and at the end of his life he finds himself with Hercules (one of his students) in a cave with Pholus, and some sacred wine from Dionysys is opened at Hercules request. When this wine is opened it “called” all the other less civilized Centaurs to the cave and they got crazy. Hercules starts shooting his poison arrows around, and one ended up shooting Chiron in the thigh (thighs also have a connection to Sagittarius, for this is one of the parts of the body that Sagittarius has domain over…and arrows obviously have a Sagittarius connection, too). Since Chiron was immortal, he couldn’t die like the other Centaurs from this poison arrow – instead he was forced to deal with this pain and there was no release or reprieve. This pain is said to have gone on for 9 days (there is another Sagittarius connection, since Sagittarius is the 9th sign of the Zodiac). Meanwhile, Prometheus was chained to a rock having his liver pecked at day after day by a bird (Zeus had him chained there since he tried to give fire to the people of Earth). Hercules brokered a deal with Zeus to allow Chiron to die and be out of pain (to give up his immortality) in exchange for Prometheus being relieved from his own torment day after day being chained to that rock. Zeus agreed, freed Prometheus, and allowed Chiron to find peace and healing through death. It is said that Chiron was placed in the sky in either the constellations of Sagittarius or Centaurus (it seems like it was one or the other, though some sources say one and some say the other). Either way, there is another connection to Sagittarius. Even just the notion of Chiron being in the constellation Centaurus alludes to Sagittarius.
    ***I have seen the mythology behind Chiron mentioned a few different ways, so this brief synopsis might differ slightly from how you may have seen it written out before. It gets the general theme across (all of the different versions do, really).

    There are definitely some Sagittarian connections to Chiron, but I don’t want to imply that Chiron is actually the ruler of Sagittarius (or the co-ruler of Sagittarius) or anything like that – there is some debate out there about IF Chiron should actually rule (or be a co-ruler) of a certain sign. For example, Virgo is another one that I see tossed around for Chiron (there are definitely some Virgo themes going on with Chiron’s mythology, too). Really though, I can see themes for all the mutable signs with Chiron’s energy and mythology (so I’m in the camp that Chiron shouldn’t rule a specific sign, but rather blends different qualities of all the mutable signs).
    -I just wanna make that part clear before I proceed on-
    I almost get the feeling that the part of the mythology of Chiron, once he has died and been placed among the constellations, is the part that gels the most with the GC (the changing from immortal to mortal). That sounds kind of backwards since when I think of the GC, I would knee jerk think immortality would line up better with the GC than mortality, but for Chiron mortality (and the ability to die and transform) was a sweet release. I definitely do think the GC can be a kind of “sweet release” – not necessarily through death, but just through the process of transformation (once this transformation, whatever that IS, has occurred). Something has been transformed/transmuted in this process – and there is pain going on here. I do think there is something painful about the GC – actual process of a star getting “eaten” by the GC seems like it would be a “painful” process for the star (if stars have feelings), but it doesn’t seem to actually destroy the star – just transform it into something else. Kind of like Chiron’s immortality being changed into mortality (obviously they aren’t EXACTLY the same, but there does seem to be a common thread).

    Chiron is also a “bridge” between Saturn and Uranus – it orbits between them and is thought of as a bridge between the “known” and the “unknown”…or a bridge between the “inner” and “outer” planets. This is ALSO very GC like in nature (since the GC appears to have an affinity for all of the transpersonal planets). The GC is almost like a bridge itself to the “unknown” – since no one knows what is on the other side of the GC or where it goes. They both seem to function as bridges to what we know versus what we don’t know.

    Another interesting connection between Chiron and the GC is when Chiron was discovered in November 1977, the GC was conjunct the Ascendant at the time it was found (the “birth chart” for Chiron’s discovery). Now, this may not mean anything at all, but if it doesn’t, that’s one hell of a coincidence.

    AND HOLY FUCKING SHIT! FUCKING JUPITER WAS RETROGRADE AT THE TIME CHIRON WAS FOUND! I just noticed this as I was making a YouTube video to go along with this post that I will post later this week (and got really excited when I noticed it in the video, lol). Now, lol, call it coincidence all you want but I think it’s REALLY FUCKING INTERESTING that Chiron was discovered during a Jupiter Rx period (especially when the GC seems to jive so well with Jupiter Rx energy). Oh! And Shiiiiiit! LOOK AT THE FUCKING TRINE FROM THE GC TO SATURN @ 29-DEGREES LEO! A possible way to bring Chiron stuff down to Earth, perhaps?
    …..I’m wondering if the reason the connections aren’t more prevalently known between the GC and Chiron as of now is because when Chiron was found, the Ascendant (conjunct the GC) also didn’t have another planet or something conjunct the Ascendant and GC?

  • Galactic Center Thoughts Part IV

    In some of the videos that I ‘ve done recently, I’ve brought up the notion of whistleblowers and the GC. This isn’t an entirely new idea in and of itself – there have been some articles done on this and that it does seem to be common for well known whistleblowers to have GC conjunctions, oppositions, etc. (there most definitely appears to be a correlation). What I haven’t seen as mentioned is the notion that a good majority of these people have Jupiter Rx in their natal charts (or were born during the shadow period just after Jupiter goes direct). While I think the GC is a protective force for people in general when they lean into the GC’s energy and don’t fight it (I really do believe this – but the “not fighting it part” is important here), in the case of GC conjunctions and whistleblowers, the conjunctions seem to add an urge to get the “truth” out there. There also seems to be what I would consider a “protective” element to this as well. I think Jupiter Rx can ALSO be a protective force for these people (here is my last blog post about Jupiter Rx in connection to the GC in general). I think another protective force has to do with having something trine the GC – an actual planet or something major to give the whistleblower “safe passage” to translate the truth that they need to tell down to Earth (here is the blog post about stuff trine the GC). If they have an angle in the window of orb that I’m focusing on for the trine to the GC (10 degrees applying or separating from the GC when they were born), then maybe the planetary ruler of that angle needs to make some kind of contact to the GC. If they have all three of these things going on (conjunctions to the GC, Jupiter Rx, and a trine to the GC), they seem to fair better as they are blowing their whistle. Missing one of these things seems impact their outcome in terms of getting their truth out there.
    **The whistleblower theme DOES work well with the GC – being in Sagittarius which is the truth seeker (among other things), the idea of being able to speak one’s truth does have a GC flavor to it, especially in the BIG ways that these people have done just this. Any kind of telling of the truth, even truth that the person doesn’t want to tell but feels compelled to tell, all the way over to telling truths that bust things wide open…all of this has a GC flavor to it. Not to mention, the truth that some of these people told wasn’t received well by everyone. This also makes me think that there is probably a “polarizing” quality to the GC and to the people who have connections to the GC – they might be people that are polarizing in some way (people who you really like or really don’t like). I would think this polarization would be the strongest in people that have conjunctions and oppositions to the GC.

    The whistleblowers that I have looked at this far are Edward Snowden, Chelsea Manning, Frank Serpico, Jeffrey Wigand, Erin Brockovich, Gary Webb (I recently started looking at his), Karen Silkwood and Julian Assange. Keep these in mind as you are reading this and looking at the charts that I’m about to post:
    -The notion of having a conjunction to the GC, having Jupiter Rx, AND having a planet trine the GC (using a 10 degree applying aspect and 10 degree separating aspect) seem to be protective (Jupiter Rx) for these people and allow them a “safe passage” to blow their whistle (the trine to the GC). A conjunction to the GC seems to function as an “urge” or a catalyst to get the truth known. The people who are lacking one (or multiple) of these don’t seem to fare as well in the long run.
    -The oppositions to the GC (planets conjunct the GaC) seem to add a certain amount of polarization to the individual regarding their telling of the truth.
    –This actually might kind of be the case in general – the oppositions to the GC functioning as a polarizing agent regarding the person (it appears to be the case with these people, anyway – will have to do more research to see how it translates across the board to people who aren’t solely known for whistleblowing).
    **Some of these people don’t have times of birth – that’s okay for the purpose of this right now. I have just set these charts to noon**

    I also want to make it real clear that I’m not saying that EVERYONE WHO HAS conjunctions to the GC, Jupiter Rx, and something trine the GC will be a whistleblower. That just isn’t the case I’m sure – there are probably plenty of people who have these sorts of contacts going on in their charts and they haven’t blown the whistle on anything. Though, I do think that having these three things going on in the chart probably gives one a push to tell the truth or tell their side of the truth, even if it’s uncomfortable to do so (even if they don’t want to). These three thing in a chart could probably manifest many different ways (the GC is so weird as it is almost anything seems up for grabs) – I just think this is a really interesting connection/pattern with some well known whistleblowers (people who became KNOWN for this) and these specific contacts.


    The chart above belongs to Frank Serpico (no time of birth – set to noon), who became known for outing corruption in the NYPD in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. If you look at his chart you see that he has the Galactic Center conjunct Jupiter Rx. He also has a trine from the Sun and Mercury to the GC. He ticks all of the boxes that I mentioned before (conjunction to the GC, Jupiter Rx, and a trine to the GC). He fared okay after his whistleblowing (he wasn’t incarcerated or killed for doing what he did).

    This chart belongs to Jeffrey Wigand, who blew the whistle on smoking and public health in 1996 (he was the former VP of research and development at Brown and Williamson). He has the Sun conjunct the GC in his chart, Jupiter Rx, and TWO trines to the GC – his Moon in Aries and Chiron in Leo. He ticks all of the same boxes that I mentioned, and he didn’t wind up incarcerated or killed.

    This chart belong to Erin Brockovich (time of birth unknown – set to noon) who helped to expose that PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric) was essentially poisoning the water in Hinkley, CA and that they knew they were doing this. She has Jupiter Rx conjunct the GC and Mars trine the GC in Taurus. She also has the Sun & Venus opposite the GC. She also ticks those boxes that I mentioned before (conjunction to the GC, Jupiter Rx, and a trine to the GC). She also has the oppositions (Sun & Venus), which probably adds a degree of polarization to her and her impact on other people.

    This chart belongs to Edward Snowden who blew the whistle on the NSA’s PRISM program. He has Neptune and the South Node conjunct the GC, and Jupiter Rx in his chart. South Node conjunct GC and Jupiter Rx makes me think that he came into this lifetime VERY acquainted with the GC’s energy. Now, he doesn’t have an actual planet trine the GC (his Venus would be too far out of orb for what I’m considering to be a trine as of right now), but his IC DOES trine the GC. I am on the fence about the angles in terms of trines to the GC in general in these kinds of cases, but his stands out because the planetary ruler of his IC, the Sun, DOES make a GC contact since the Sun is opposite the GC in his chart. Since the planetary ruler of that angle makes a GC contact, I feel like his IC trine to the GC still functions as a sort of “safe passage” to make the truth known. Technically, he ticks all of the boxes. If that Sun wasn’t making a GC connection, I might not be as inclined to think that (and I also kind of wonder if he would still be alive today, or if he would be incarcerated, if his Sun wasn’t making a connection to the GC). Having oppositions to the GC (Mars, North Node, and the Sun) add to the feeling of polarization that I do think the oppositions to the GC can bring about. Some people call him a “patriot” in the US, and some people call him a “traitor,” so very polarizing, indeed.

    Now this is where it gets interesting. This chart belongs to Julian Assange, who founded Wikileaks. He has NO GC conjunctions, but does have Venus conjunct the GaC/opposite the GC. He does have Jupiter Rx, but has no trines to/from the GC. While he does have Jupiter Rx (which I do think puts him naturally more in-line with the GC energy), there is no conjunction to the GC to have the information from the GC “downloaded” or to blend with for this need to “seek and share truth.” Venus might be getting the downloads and know there is truth to be sought out, but not be able to see clearly why that is (due to Venus being conjunct the GaC). There is a trine to the GC, which is his Midheaven at 19 Leo 58. With this being an angle, I applied the same logic that I used for Snowden’s trine to the IC – I looked at where the Sun falls in his chart. His Sun, in the 8th House in Cancer, makes no connection to the GC. So, unlike Snowden’s case, this trine doesn’t seem to give him the same kind of “safe passage” regarding the translation of the truth “down to Earth.” Since Venus is opposite the GC, this seems to add an element of polarization to how he is received (which is true – some people really like him and some people really don’t). He is currently incarcerated in London.

    This chart belongs to Chelsea Manning (there is no time of birth – I set the chart to noon). She is known for disclosing close to 750,000 classified and “sensitive” military documents. She has the Sun, Mercury, Saturn and Uranus conjunct the GC, with Chiron opposite the GC/conjunct the GaC. She does NOT have Jupiter Rx (though she was born under the “shadow period” of Jupiter Rx – Jupiter went direct two days before she was born in 1987). She also has the GC (and everything conjunct it) trine Jupiter. I feel like, while she probably still feels the Jupiter Rx pull towards the GC energy since she was born under the shadow period, not actually HAVING Jupiter Rx seems to allow her less “protection.” She was incarcerated from 2010 until 2017 when she was pardoned by Obama (she was originally sentenced to 35 years). So, while not as “protected “(which I theorize is because her Jupiter isn’t actually retrograde) being born during the shadow period does make me think there is some kind of “protection” here (considering she only served 7 years of her 35 year sentence). She also has the opposition to the GC (Chiron conjunct the GaC) which seems to add a sense of polarization to her in the way that she viewed – like Assange and Snowden, some people really like her, and some people don’t.

    This chart belongs to Gary Webb, who is known for his “Dark Alliance” series about the CIA being involved with the Crack Cocaine epidemic in Los Angeles and taking the money to fund the anti-communist Contras in Nicaragua in the 1980s. He committed “suicide” on December 10, 2004 (does anyone actually believe that bullshit?). He has conjunctions to the Galactic Center, but it is his Ascendant and his North Node. While these are conjunctions, neither of these are actual planets (or tangible bodies in the sky). We’re also talking about the North Node, which is what we are trying to grow into in this lifetime (it doesn’t come completely naturally – the South Node is much more natural to us coming into this world) – which makes me feel like this notion of whistleblowing or truth seeking really did just “fall” into his lap to align him with his North Node “mission” (which, if I remember correctly, it kind of did). His Jupiter is also NOT Rx, which makes me feel like he doesn’t have that Jupiter Rx “protective” force behind him. He does have trines to the GC – Jupiter loosely, Pluto (almost dead ass exact), and Mars. I really do wonder if that Jupiter of his had been Rx, if maybe he wouldn’t have been of “suicided” (yeah, I’m calling it that way). He also has the opposition to the GC, with the South Node conjunct the GaC. This adds in the level of polarization that I’ve talked about with the GC oppositions and some people really liking his work (believing it) and some people do nothing but criticize it.

    This chart belongs to Karen Silkwood, who reported un-safe conditions at Kerr-McGee corporations Plutonian fuel plant in the 1970s. She died in a car accident in November of 1974 while driving to meet with a NY Times journalist and a union official when she got into this accident. Now, while she DID die in a car accident, the circumstances are weird as shit (it appeared that her car had been rammed from behind which probably actually caused the accident – though no other car was found at the scene…just tire marks on pavement). She has conjunctions to the GC, but this is the South Node (not an actually planet or tangible thing in the sky). Her Jupiter was Rx, meaning she was probably pretty in-tune with the GC’s energy (and with the South Node being conjunct the GC, probably especially in-tune -coming into this life especially in-tune with the GC). She doesn’t have any trines to the GC, which makes me think this didn’t offer her that level of “safe passage” for getting what she knew to be true out there. She also has the opposition with the GC, North Node conjunct the GaC, which makes me think there was probably an air of polarization going on with her, too.

    There are some other example of whistleblowers that I’ve started exploring that seem to fit this pattern (and how well their whistleblowing turned out does seem to correlate with these people having the conjunctions to the GC, Jupiter Rx, and a trine to the GC. I’ll be curious to see how this theory holds up the more research that is done, and what (if anything) has to be tailored down the line.

  • Galactic Center Thoughts Part III (or some shit)

    The Galactic Center ^^^^^ FUCKING MAGNIFICENT

    I have talked about a WHOLE BUNCH OF DIFFERENT stuff regarding the Galactic Center recently on the YouTube channel for Lets Fuck with Astrology – the joint business venture between myself and the other creator of the Star Cards, Natalie (who is probably one the people who has been the dearest to me in my whole life), but the Galactic Center has captivated me for much longer than it might seem that it has. It’s the “mystery” about it that really gets me – and there is something REALLY mysterious about it (probably the fact that we aren’t really sure what is ON the other side of the GC). The GC is said to be a lifeline to other dimensions, a place to contact the other side, and as the Mayan’s liked to call it, “the source of all creation,” among a whole bunch of other shit. It is also thought of as a place where divine inspiration comes from and that the GC can feed one information like “downloads.” And yes, there are definitely some alien theories thrown into all of this (those are a lot of fun, but I think the alien thing is fun to think about, anyway). There is also the idea that it functions like a (hidden) luminary since the Sun actually orbits the GC (the GC is actually one of the reasons our galaxy functions the way that it does). Astrologers like Philip Sedgwick and Paul O. Hewitt have done a lot of work on the GC (more than it seems anyone else really has), but even after reading what work of theirs I can get my hands on, I am left with even more questions than answers. I don’t say this to impugn their work – it’s fantastic! I just think it’s the nature OF the Galactic Center, to beg more questions than it answers.

    While I think anyone can access the GC (the GC is in EVERYONE’S chart – right now it’s at 27-degrees 3 minutes Sagittarius), I do think it’s probably BEST accessed by people who have planets conjunct the GC (or a major asteroid or something like that). When a planet is conjunct the GC, it seems like that planet might have the propensity to be given information FROM the GC (for that planet to get information “downloaded” to it) that then needs to be translated/transmuted into a language that we can understand here on Earth (in my last blog post I made mention on how it might be possible to bring the stuff from the GC down to Earth). Even as the planet is being changed, charged, and transformed by the conjunction with the GC, it does seem like divine insight, inspiration, and “downloads” could (and DO) come from the conjunction. I also think this same information can be accessed by people with the oppositions, but I do think the oppositions to the GC are harder for the person to see and feel. This has to do with the area of the sky that the Galactic Anti-Center is in – this is a much calmer part of the sky covered by a bunch of fucking space dust and what seems to be blinded by a very bright star. Applying this science to the idea behind the GaC and the GC, I do feel like the oppositions also get the downloads, but perhaps don’t know what the hell these downloads are (due to the covering and the brightness). I do think these planets get the feelings of these downloads, though (or that’s kind of where my mind is right now). Though I do wonder, if the person has a planet in opposition to the GC (conjunct the GaC), without having a planet conjunct the GC ….. I do think the translation isn’t as clear. Exactly HOW that manifests? Not totally sure about that yet. I do think the opposition will try to make logical and rational sense of what information it is given (the GaC is in Gemini), but the ideas that comes through from the GC aren’t always rational or logical (oftentimes I think they probably aren’t). It seems like just having a planet opposite the GC would cause one to get the information STUCK – so while they receive these “downloads” it feels like they could get, well, stuck or frustrated.
    **Unless, perhaps, if a person with only planets opposite the GC/conjunct the GaC have Mercury Rx in their natal chart, and they are actually functioning from the retrograde motion of Mercury (not trying to operate from the direct motion). THIS would probably change things.

    This brings me to the next thought about the GC and it’s seeming correlation with retrograde planets. Let me break this one down for you:
    -I have mentioned this before in the videos and in writing that the GC feels VERY Uranian (I know I’m not alone in feeling this – there have been other people who have echoed the same sentiment in writing). It’s the electric feeling charge of the GC, the weirdness, and the inevitable change that the GC seems to cause (anything that gets “sucked” into in space WILL be changed). There is also something very Plutonian about the GC too – the transformation element.
    -Retrograde planets have a correlation with Uranian energy since ALL retrograde planets POINT towards Uranus/Uranian energy (some of them also point to other planets, too, but there is a pointing towards Uranus with all of them). The reason for this is the “difference” in the way that retrograde planets need to function (and “different” is obviously Uranus territory). I also feel like retrograde planets point towards Pluto, too. So, in that case, retrograde planets point towards two planets that kind of embody the energy of the GC.
    -Retrograde planetary motion will turn things inward (making them very personal) while direct motion turns things outwards. So, for instance, Mars retrograde will turn it’s drive inward and will only feel called to take action on things that serve the soul purpose of the person with Mars Rx. Mars direct turns drive and other Martian expressions outward (the things that Mars direct feels driven to do don’t necessarily have to serve the soul purpose).
    -It does feel like people who have planets conjunct or opposite the GC, and also have planets retrograde in their chart (regardless of if these planets are conjunct or opposite the GC, or just somewhere in their chart) have better access to the GC energy. People who just have planets conjunct or opposite the GC with little to no retrograde planets in their chart ALSO have easy access to the GC – but I do think Rx planetary motion in the chart somewhere amplifies/electrifies this access. Retrograde planets conjunct or opposite the GC, or with retrograde planets , seem like any combination of the above would cause the person to be on fire with GC energy and be able to actually do something WITH the GC energy.
    -Even people who don’t have anything conjunct or opposite the GC, but say, have 3 or more planets retrograde in their chart, probably are more aligned with the energy of the GC. Though without the conjunctions or oppositions to the GC, they may not really know what to do about this alignment with the GC (or even be aware of how much it exists in the first place).

    All of this talk about Retrogrades brings me to what I think is probably the most important Rx planet of the bunch to have in the chart to access the GC energy – and that’s Jupiter Rx. Why might this be (or where does this train of thought come from)? Lets talk a little bit about the nature of Jupiter Rx generally in the natal chart:
    -Jupiter Rx UNDERSTANDS things in a big picture way, in an intuitive way, before it logically and rationally understands WHY it understands what it understands, why it knows what it knows. THIS sounds incredibly GC to me as is it – understanding things (anything) from an intuitive place first, kind of along the same lines of the GC giving someone an “information download” and then the person needs to “translate” or “transmute” this information in a way that actually makes sense in real life.
    -Jupiter Rx needs to work from backwards motion to figure out why it knows what it knows to be true. This means when someone has Jupiter Rx in their natal chart, they already have a good handle on the big picture from an intuitive place – they already “know things”. What they HAVE to do is break that shit down backwards, piece by piece, to make logical and rational sense of what it is they already know.
    -Jupiter Rx is the only planet that points towards an inner planet – it points towards Mercury (while also pointing towards Uranus and even Pluto). I didn’t really know a better way to word this, lol, but most of the other planets point towards just Uranus or Pluto. The only exception here is Mercury Rx, which points towards Jupiter (along with Uranus and Pluto). Either way, Jupiter Rx is the ONLY planet that points to one of the most inner planets in our solar system.
    -Quite literally, Jupiter Rx needs to bring what it already knows and intuits “down to Earth,” down to a logical and rational place, to make sense of it. This is very much HOW the GC itself seems to function.

    There does seem to be correlations between having Jupiter Rx in the natal chart and being able to access the GC (even if Jupiter doesn’t make an aspect/contact with the GC). I also think Jupiter Rx people, even if they don’t have a conjunction or opposition with the GC, have an amplified affinity to the GC and it’s energy. I do think that if the Jupiter Rx person HAS a planetary conjunction or opposition to the GC (Jupiter Rx or another planet/other planets), this AMPLIFIES the affinity for the GC even further. Still though, the nature of both the GC and Jupiter Rx is to translate things down to planet Earth, so I think all of this is done in a much more fluid way (fluid doesn’t mean easy in this case, lol) when the person ALSO has a trine to the GC….the trine allowing the translation of information to make sense on planet Earth (the trine aspect is kind of where my mind is in how to bring this down to Earth….or one of the ways).
    -As is the nature with Rx planets in the natal chart, if the person with Jupiter Rx is trying to function from the direct motion of Jupiter, the translation of stuff from the GC seems like it would be exponentially harder. When one has Jupiter Rx in the natal chart, but tries to function from direct motion, this tends to manifest as someone who just knows what they know, who understands what they understand, but they never try to make any damn sense of this in the real world. This can cause the person to not feel as intelligent as other people or like they don’t have as much to contribute to conversations with other people (because they don’t try to make sense of what they do know so they feel like they don’t make as much sense to other people). It can also manifest as someone who is so scattered with what their ideas of personal truth are (taking in too much from other people in this way) – and getting their own beliefs and truth fucked up & confused with that of other people.

    Even though I do feel that Jupiter Rx is the most important planet to have retrograde in the chart to access the GC energy, all of the retrograde planets seem important in their own way. One planet that also feels really important, though also feels like it could be incredibly difficult to have Rx in the chart if the person was trying to work from the direct motion of the planet in regards to the GC, is Mercury Rx. Mercury Rx is the only other planet that points towards a planet that isn’t a transpersonal planet since it also points to Jupiter. Mercury takes in information and Jupiter assimilates and understands that information. When Mercury is Rx, the person takes in a bunch of information (much of which functions like noise), and the person needs to be taking each piece of information piece by piece in order to see the big picture (Jupiter). As they take the information they are taking in step by step, piece by piece, they are able to better tune out all the “noise” so that they can see that big picture. These people also need to be trusting their intuition about what information actually matters to them (and their soul purpose) in the first place. When Mercury Rx people are functioning FROM the retrograde motion, they can be very in-tune with the GC energy. When they aren’t functioning from the retrograde motion, and trying to function from direct motion, it seems that they would be too scattered (and in too much of a state of information overload) that being able to see the big picture and trust their intuition would be incredibly difficult. Intuition and the Big Picture are Galactic Center notions (among other things).
    **Just as I think when Mercury Rx people are functioning from the Rx planetary motion they can be very in-line with the GC, I think Jupiter Rx people, when functioning from the Rx motion of Jupiter, are able to also be very in-tune with the Galactic Anti-Center. Mercury Rx people, on the other hand, might be more aligned with the GaC naturally, while Jupiter Rx people feel more aligned with the GC.

    All of these ideas have come from the research that has been conducted thus far on the subreddit letsfuckwithastrology through the GC questionnaire (and if you wanna be a part of the research reach out and let me know – I’ll email you the survey!). These ideas have also come from looking at the charts of well known “whistleblowers” or truth-tellers – and there does seem to be an undeniable affinity with the GC and people that are known for truth telling and whistleblowing. I will go over this in the next article more (the connection with whistleblowers and the GC). While the GC definitely seems to deal with getting information “downloads,” with divine inspiration and insight, and probably functions as some kind of telephone line to the source of all creation, it also deals quite a bit with searching for truth and needing to make that truth known. Probably KNOWING what the truth is about different situations, but having to translate this truth into a way that’s understandable here on Earth. Sagittarius is the truth seeker, and since this is where the GC falls, it does make sense. A “weird” relationship with the truth seems just as possible – perhaps you might also find people that have a compulsive need to tell the truth (even when they don’t want to), people that have a strange way of defining what truth is (and what truth needs to be told), and even people who already know WHAT the truth is about any given situation but would rather keep their head in the sand and not be able to translate it. Any of those also seem possible, too. I’m still playing with ideas, lol. It would also depend heavily WHAT the chart looks like as to how the GC might function in an individuals chart.

    ***Another kind of planetary energy that also feels like it could be very in-tune with the GC are the Out of Bounds (OOB) planets. I have an article here about what OOB planets are and how they function (and how to find out if you have any in your chart). Out of Bounds planets, since their orbit is no longer under the domain of the Sun, ALSO feel rather Uranian in nature (and as I mentioned earlier, the GC is very Uranian, too). More research will need to be done in this particular area to see how much this actually fits.

  • Some thoughts on how to bring the Galactic Center shit “down to Earth.”

    Just as a disclaimer – this is literally JUST an idea, I’m just fucking around with this shit and am in no way, shape, or form claiming that this is “correct,” or that I am any kind of expert in this particular area of astrology (I won’t do myself dirty/sell myself completely short though – I have a lot of astrological knowledge in MANY areas of astrology, but this particular are, the Galactic Center (GC), is more of a “mystery” to me). I also reserve the right to to find this wrong later on…so, in other words, no one hold me to this shit 🤪Without playing around with ideas and theories and stuff like that, we wouldn’t ever learn anything new.

    In the intro article that I wrote about the Galactic Center (GC), I mentioned the idea of bringing stuff FROM the GC “down to Earth.” In case I didn’t make it clear WHY this would be necessary in the first place (sometimes I’m not as clear as I would like to be 🤣), there is an idea that the GC is the source of all creation, and a life-line to the “other side” (or other realms, other dimensions, etc.). There is also an idea that the GC is a way to tap into this source of all creation, to tap into other dimensions, and even to be FED information from the source of all creation and/or from other dimensions. Why would this need to be brought “down to Earth?” Because the GC, I would think, could feed people some really weird shit that may not make a whole bunch of sense, and almost needs to be translated into our language here on Earth (the GC seems like it speaks a language all its own). EVERYBODY has the GC in their natal chart, meaning EVERYBODY has this potential in their chart. I won’t lie, though – the propensity to be really connected to the GC does seem like this would be the strongest with people who have planets conjunct the GC (and probably even planets opposite the GC, albeit in a different way). Currently, the GC is at 27-degrees 3-minutes Sagittarius (or 27 Sagittarius 03), but it moves VERY SLOWLY like a fixed star (it’s not a fixed star, but it moves LIKE one), meaning you will need to pull the GC in your own chart to know exactly where it was when you born.

    In the intro to the GC article, I mentioned that there is the Galactic Center (GC), and then there is the Galactic Anti-Center (GaC) which is opposite the GC (right now the GaC is at 27 Gemini 03). I also mentioned that scientifically the Earth is 2/3 of the way from the GC, and 1/3 of the way from the GaC (this may or may not be a rough or crude estimation) – Earth is definitely closer to the GaC than the GC. In knowing ALL of this, in regards to this theory I’m playing with, we’d be looking for the place in the chart where the 2/3 and 1/3 point meet.

    There are 360-degrees in a natal chart. Having the GC and GaC opposing each other, we are looking at two different sections of the chart with 180°. Here is an example of what I’m talking about:

    So, we might theoretically be looking at two spots where the GC information could be brought down to Earth since we’d be looking at one point on the lower half of the chart and another point on the upper part of the chart. In doing the math here, 180 divided by 2/3 you get 120 and 180 divided by 1/3 you get 60. This would put this theoretical point where you could bring information down to earth 60-degrees from the GaC and 120-degrees from the GC on either part of the chart. Since the GC is currently at 27 Sagittarius 03, this would make these points 27 Aries 03 and 27 Leo 03 right now (and from the windows of degrees from 17 Aries 03 to 07 Taurus 03 and 17 Leo 03 to 07 Virgo 03. For example, in my natal chart the GC was at 26 Sagittarius 41 when I was born, so this would make the precise location of the points in my chart 26 Aries 41 (in the 4th House) and 26 Leo 41 (in my 9th House), and would make these windows from 16 Aries 41 to 06 Taurus 41 and 16 Leo 41 to 06 Virgo 41. You would need to see where the GC was when you were born to find the precise location for this in your own chart.

    What I think might be really important here is if one has planets conjunct this particular degree, or within a certain window of degrees, to be able to bring the stuff one gets fed from the GC down to Earth. I would use a wider orb here – maybe something like 10-degrees on either side….or that’s what I’m starting out with regarding this theory (casting a wide net like with the initial GC research on reddit). This would put this window from 16 Aries 41 to 6 Taurus 41 and from 16 Leo 41 to 6 Virgo 41 based on my own chart – depending on where exactly the GC was when you were born this might be a little different “minutes” wise.

    These windows of degrees in the chart seem, at the moment, where all the shit from the GC could be translated down to Earth. If one has conjunctions to the GC, but no planet (or the Sun/Moon Midpoint, Chiron, cardinal points, etc.) within that window of degree, they might be given a ton of information from the GC but never be able to translate or transmute that information down to Earth in a way that makes sense to them or anyone else. Luckily, there are two windows of degree for this (as of now I’m rolling with this, anyway), meaning it seems like there would be a better chance that something in the chart would fall within those windows.

    This also brings the question of planets trine the GC to the forefront of my mind (since these windows of degree are essentially trine the GC). It probably plays in and plays out the strongest when looking at someone who has planets conjunct the GC (maybe even opposing the GC), and something trine it to bring that information down to Earth. The people that just have the trines to the GC but no conjunctions – they are able to translate (or transmute) the GC energy down to earth more easily, maybe, but they might not be as familiar with where that energy comes from if they don’t have a planet conjunct the GC as well (meaning they may not really know what they are able to translate in the first place). It does seem like a planet (or whatever) falling within these windows of degrees could serve as a filter for bringing the stuff the GC feeds someone down to Earth – it could be used as a vehicle this way. The closer the planet (or whatever) is to the actual exact points, 60-degrees on either side of the GaC and 120 degrees from the GC, the better this planet serves as vehicle for bringing shit down to Earth.

    Definitely play around with this and I’d love to hear any thoughts that anyone has. I will probably make a video about this over the weekend and link it to this post, lol.

    To find the GC in your own chart, go to astro.com and under the fixed star list (once you’ve picked the extended chart selection at the top, you will go the to the bottom where it says “additional objects” after entering your information). Go down to the G’s and pick the option that says “Gal. Center, SgrA*.” Then run the chart 🙂

  • A Light Introduction to the Magic of the Galactic Center

    I have never written about the Galactic Center, but it has been a focus of mine and on my radar for well over a year and a half (probably closer to two years at this point). Natalie (my partner in crime) and myself have tossed around ideas about the Galactic Center (the GC) – even during the process of creating the Star Cards, we would still toss around ideas about the GC here and there. So, earlier this year after the release of the Star Cards, we put out a “call” to anyone who might have planets conjunct or opposite the Galactic Center. For anyone who is interested about the original post on our subreddit, r/letsfuckwithastrology, you can find that by clicking this.

    Why did I post that here? Because this post actually gives a decent over-view of where our minds were at the time that we put out this “call” to anyone who may have planets conjunct the GC or opposing the GC. Also, the post tells you how to pull the GC on your own chart. It isn’t a fixed star, but it moves very, very slowly like a fixed star moves – currently it is at roughly 27-degrees Sagittarius. Below you will find my chart with the GC pulled so you can get an idea of what the symbol will look like when you pull it in your own chart.

    The Galactic Center is in the cluster fucked 1st House, where the symbol “*Gala 26 41” is in the house. So….for reasons that you can see from the chart, the Galactic Center, and understanding it better, are VERY personal to me.

    The Galactic Center is thought to be several things – a lifeline or phoneline to other dimensions (to the great unknown), the source of all creation, a place from where “divine” information comes from, and other magical things. The reddit user u/6footsiren put it beautifully when they called the GC a “command center” – this definitely feels like a very apt way to think of it. Mayan’s called the GC, the center of our galaxy, “Hunab Ku” which they considered to be the supreme Godhead. The Mayan’s seemed to work quite a bit with the GC from an astrological perspective, but it isn’t as worked with across the board in the astrological community today….which, I think, should be changed. Scientifically, the Galactic Center is a super-massive black hole in the center of our galaxy (our Sun orbits the GC, so some have theorized that the GC is like a “hidden” luminary in the chart). There is a radio source that is found to come from the GC (which is why it has the name Sagittarius A – that’s what the source is called) that was discovered in 1974….which, lol, is weird (this radio source is particularly “bright” and “complex”… and coming from the center of our galaxy). It is hidden from the human eye due to all the space dust and other shit that is obscuring it from view, though the GC itself is not hidden from the human eye.

    When I found out about the GC a long time ago, it didn’t catch my attention the way it did about two years ago (I guess it wasn’t the time for it to catch my attention a long time ago). But once it really caught my attention, it REALLY caught my attention (and caught Natalie’s attention, too) and got us thinking about the nature of black holes in general. I’m not going to use the correct word here, but they do something like “suck” things into them….and once that something in space is sucked into them, they are fundamentally changed. They go through a process of spaghettification that pulls the object vertically and horizontally, completely changing the object in question. This then got us thinking……is that what happens to planets in the natal chart when they are conjunct the GC? Obviously the planet isn’t falling into a black hole in real life, but in terms of the natal chart it seems like having planets conjunct the GC would fundamentally CHANGE them (and actually here I’m thinking this change could be more like a “CHARGE”). There is just something SO Uranian about the GC as it is (to me the GC feels very Uranian in the way that retrograde planets and out of bounds planets tend to have an affinity to Uranian energy ). There is also something very Plutonian about the GC as well, the “transformative” aspect of it.

    On the other side of the sky is the Galactic Anti-Center, which is next to a very bright star and is a much “calmer” area of the galaxy over all. There is a lot of space dust going in this area, which makes me wonder if the brightness of the star Elnath (which is close to the anticenter) and the space dust might cause planets opposite the GC to be “fogged” over – harder to access in some way, harder to “see” in real life. I have seen the anti-center as theorized as where the information from the GC can be brought down to “Earth.” I can see that train of thought, and have played around with it myself, but from a scientific point of view, it doesn’t quite make sense. The Anti-Center is 1/3 distance from Earth, and the GC is 2/3 of the way from Earth (that’s probably a really crude estimate, but you get the idea)….which makes me think that where the information from the GC is brought down to Earth is actually at the point in the chart where the 2/3 and 1/3 meet. This is also the place where any planets opposite the GC are best able to be seen.
    **Since the GC is thought of as a phoneline to other dimensions, there is a theory that the GC gives people information from “somewhere else,” and other things along those lines. While I think this is possible for anyone, I do think it’s probably stronger for those with actual planets/cardinal points/etc. conjunct the GC.
    ******I’m very on the fence about the Galactic Anti-Center, and what it actually DOES mean. I KNOW it means SOMETHING, just not totally sure WHAT (and exactly HOW they impact planets conjunct it)*******

    I will definitely be writing more on this subject because I don’t think it’s talked about enough in Astrology or used enough in practice. All of this research is to be able to use the GC better, and to understand it better. For now though, I have made some videos on some stuff about the GC that has been noticed by both myself and Natalie (I will link them below for anyone who is interested in order). Eventually I will write out the stuff that I talk about in the videos, lol, at some point. If you only wanna watch one, I would watch the 5th one…this stuff is really on my radar right now at the moment.
