WTF are stationary planets and what does it mean when a planet has stationed?! How could a planet that has stationed (either retrograde or direct) be delineated in an astrology chart? This is something that a YouTube watcher asked in a comment a while back and I never got around to addressing…until now. There are two ways that stationary planets can exist:1) Station Retrograde-This happens before a planet turns retrograde from direct motion2) Station Direct-This happens before a planet turns direct from retrograde motion Essentially, before a planet turns retrograde or direct there is a period of time where its movement appears to slow down. THIS is the stationary phase/period. A planet is considered to station retrograde or station direct on the within a few minutes of the degrees and minutes that it’s at when it turns from direct to retrograde or retrograde to direct. The definition of stationary planets are a little all over the place and it seems like that is because the planets all spend a different amount of time in the stationary phase and while actually stationing. For instance, Mercury will spend MUCH less time than Pluto in the stationary phase and when stationing retrograde and direct…because Mercury has a faster orbit than Pluto. STORY TIME! (this story does feel appropriate to share as the transiting nodes move into Virgo & Pisces – bear with me for a second) On January 1, 2021, when my son was 3 years old he was in an accident involving a tractor. To this day I STILL don’t know ALL of the details of this accident and STILL have more questions than answers (I wasn’t there when it happened but I did go to the hospital with him). Did he fall off the tractor? Was he hit by the tractor? Why the fuck did my ex-husband feel that it was appropriate to have a 3-year-old near (or on) a moving tractor in the first place? Anyone who has a child knows that when your child is hurt ALL you want to be able to do is fix what’s wrong and work to make things better for them (I know that this feeling isn’t limited to a parent and their child). When this accident happened there wasn’t ANYTHING I could do to make it better for my son. I was trying to soothe him, to distract him, to clean him off (all the blood all over his face that wouldn’t stop no matter how much pressure I applied or how often I attempted to clean his face off), trying to keep him awake and talking (there was initial concern of a concussion)….ALL the things, trying to “fix” him and find a “solution” to his injuries. This blog post is probably going to be kind of all over the fucking place (much like the last couple of videos that I’ve made about the Galactic Center – here are videos one and two from this week). Just like the videos, though, I wanted to go a head and get this out there (and at some other point in time I will streamline my thoughts together better…..once I have a better handle where exactly my thoughts are going). I may not be 100% sure where the fuck they’re going – but I do feel like they fit in somehow, someway. This past week I started to go down a rabbit hole about planets and x-ray emissions. This kind of started because I got to thinking about the x-rays and radio waves (and other shit) that the GC has coming from it. I started to wonder about planets and their own x-ray emissions, especially since I do think that certain planets are MORE tied to the GC than others. For those new to the game here, those planets are: *Jupiter – Obviously this planet would be involved with the GC since the GC is IN Sagittarius. Both of these charts are very interesting for different reasons (for the different GC contacts that they make and what else is going on in the charts). If you have watched the videos, I know when I was talking about these charts I was so excited to be doing them in the first place I KNOW that I left some shit out lol (so keep reading – I didn’t leave a bunch of shit out of the videos, but I know I forgot to mention a couple of things). As you will see from these examples in this post, along with those in my last blog post, there are lots of ways that all of this can go and this depends heavily on what is actually going on at the GC and elsewhere in the chart. In this blog post, I am going to play around with a couple of charts to explain how to MAYBE use the GC in chart weaving and the important pieces of the “Galactic Center Puzzle” in each of these charts that would want to be considered if you were to read the chart through the lens of the GC. Part II can be here. ** In this research, I feel like we can’t have a discussion about the Galactic Center and NOT bring into the equation the weird (and even dangerous) beliefs that some well-known people with GC contacts have fostered and spread far and wide (the people that I’m looking at here have had their beliefs infiltrate other areas of life outside of just their members in some form or fashion). Since the GC falls IN Sagittarius (and Sagittarius deals with notions of truth and belief, among other things), I figured I’d might find some wonky shit going on with some well known people who are well known for the “witnessing” of their beliefs. I have said several times that I don’t think the GC is universally “good” or “bad” – really, it just kind of “is.” These people, I’m thinking, used their GC connections in fucking warped ass ways (and it does seem that while the GC can be a way to expose “truth” and find “belief,” it might also have an ability to warp “truth” and “belief” as well.
